Can any Toy Story figure/merchandise collectors please advise me:
EDIT, REVISED QUESTION: What are the highest-quality, most-articulated Buzz Lightyear figures available in the 3"-4" size?
I've done a little bit of searching ebay but it's difficult to filter out all the 12" figures and cheap kiddy-aimed crap. I've found the Chogokin/Bandai Buzz figure which looks pretty good and seems to be around 6", but the current prices on that seem ridiculously high, so wondering what other options I have. Please bear in mind I have no interest in figures more than 6-inches tall.
Would really appreciate some advice, cheers guys
EDIT: Have now decided I want a Buzz figure between 3"-4"
EDIT2: Have now settled on a Medicom "Ultra Detail" 3-inch Buzz figure, which is perfect for what I needed, thanks everyone for their help.

Thanks that might be a consideration, can anyone give me an exact height measurement for the Revoltech Buzz? The internet is telling me the revoltech Buzz is 5-inches and the Chogokin Buzz is 6-inches. But one of those must be wrong as there's clearly more than an inch between them in this comparison photo:

Pretty sure Rev. Buzz is 5 inches.

All the write-ups say Revoltech is 5", but he's a little smaller. I measure about 4.75" from feet to the top of his helmet bubble, a little over 4.5" from feet to top of head. I read one review that says the chogokin is 6.25", but I'm not sure if the reviewer actually measured him.

Revoltech figure. Hands down. That Revoltech Woody figure is one of the most creepiest action figures ever. The alternative head is mighty fine creepy. It's out of my price range though. I would love to see them try the Bucket O Soldiers

Thanks man that Revoltech measurement allowed me to print out that comparison photo above at approximately actual size, and I could then hold the printout up to my shelf to see how either both the Revoltech and the Chogokin would look. I've decided both are too large for my tastes though. I appreciate as the scale decreases the quality, articulation and choice will decrease, but can anyone recommend a Buzz figure that's between 3"-4"? I think that kinda size would look best in my display

I liked the old Burger King kids meal Buzz. I am not sure what happened to mine once I gave it to our daughter.

Not figure related but Hot Wheels made an Al's Custom Cruiser and it's quite sought after because it was only released once when Toy Story 2 came out

Incase anyone is interested what became of my search for a small Buzz Lightyear figure - I eventually settled on the Medicom "Ultra Detail" (UDF) 3-inch Buzz Lightyear, "firing laser" pose version (they also did an "arms-on-hips" pose version). It really is exceptional quality for it's size. Non-articulated though. Medicom also made an 8 or 9 inch version of this figure though, so be aware which of that when viewing pictures. Really cannot praise the 3-inch figure enough, it is just perfect for it's size.
I also was very close to going with the "Screen Scenes" 3.75-inch Buzz figure from a 2-pack with Lotso, made by Mattel in 2009 and apparently a K-Mart exclusive. Highly articulated and very good quality, though not quite as accurate in sculpt and colors as the Ultra Detail one. Still very impressive for it's size.
I actually have both the Screen Scenes pack (opened but perfect condition) AND a spare Ultra Detail Buzz (again opened but perfect condition) for sale, if anyone happens to be interested, PM me.
