The wife, her father and I all caught a 1 day virus.
Dad puked non stop for a day.
The wife and I couldn't get off the toilet for a day.
Kept hydrated and lots of sleep, felt better 24 hours later.

Winter is the worst for cold's and sickness, had it last week, sick stomach and light headidness.

I woke up around 2am today throwing up. I've been fine since, so I'm guessing something I ate just didn't agree with me.

I am glad I haven't had that this year. Around this season the last though, I had two 24 hour bugs about a month apart. The first one's highlight was when I couldn't stop pooping (well, butt-peeing anyway) and then had to lean over and puke into thr tub so as both ends were ejecting. The worst of all time for me.

Sounds like everyone who was ill had the Norwalk Flu.
It gives you the poops, throwing up, and such. No fever or anything like that. Just a constant problem with holding down food or drinks for 24 - 36 hours, depending on how bad you have it.
