What I have noticed is members concerned with becoming "Lord Of The Board" status overnight. Haha
I've noticed members bombarding the RAW threads or simply answering "yes" or "looks cool" in threads to boost their post count. Some of these guys have 7,000 posts in 6 months lol.

I'm a RAW threadhead, but myself, Marino and TRW keep a pretty close eye on it. The thread is there to have fun and live chat. Sometimes reactions are "HOLY SH*T!" and that's completely acceptable assuming the moment was worthy of that reaction. But it's not spam if it's a legit reaction. There's a difference between expressing your opinion on something cool and just doing the "Cool" thing 50 times in a thread.

We're living in a headline society (title for the boards sake)
Everyone reads the headline/title and voice their opinions or what have you, without reading a single word of the full article or post.
My favorite as of late...
"What happened to hof cactus?"

My favorite as of late... "What happened to hof cactus?" But it's sad. Half the time the people make themselves look like an ignorant jackass. The question has been answered, and they chime in with something that is totally wrong or they are the 12th person to give the correct answer. I understand the want/need to participate in the conversation. Maybe talk some more about the subject or ask a question that furthers the post. Sadly I can't see that happening at many places due to the amount of people that want to police the place or be the comic relief smartass. There are times that those things are needed. Because sometimes you just need to be jerk of the month from st. Louis.

What I really meant was, the RAW thread counts every post towards your total, making it a hotspot for the ones obsessed with their post count. The one word responses I mostly see in other sections of the forum, mainly the Mattel board. Not that it matters, just a funny observation.

That it's considered spam if you post such a small response. If you cant add to the thread at all or comment with something to further whats being talked about.... why even post?

I generally try to read the entire thread before posting....
Occasionally the threads are excessively long (like 8-9 pages) and I'll cheat a little & skip over some pages..... if it's just other people offering their own opinions & the thread is soliciting opinions..... if it's asking a question I'll try to ensure it hasn't already been answered.
Depends how passionate & interested I am on the topic....

Other than how rude it would be. I'm damn near tempted to start copy and pasting the ludicrous crap I see here daily.
I don't expect there to be no goofing off, missed posts or random things on here. But it really scares me how ignorant, oblivious and agressive some people are here.
