Hey guys, I've googled stuff but no real help. I have an LG g4. The other day it completely crashed. Wouldn't turn on. Had to get a new one, before I send the old one back I need to try everything I can to salvage what's on the phone.
The battery seems OK, the only screen I can get to is a black screen with a battery logo and a red question mark inside. Anyone know how to fix this and get past it.
Anyone know how to unbrick a phone?

That happened to my S6 Active a few months back, had to take it to ATT and they hooked it up to a machine and got it up and running. Took like 15 minutes. Haven't had problems since.

If you pop out the battery for a minute, then put it back, it should solve your issue. I had something similar not too long ago.
