Is it the same of you guys in the US?
Target - I ordered 3 HOF Stone Colds and 3 HOF Horseman. Target just cancelled my orders even though they were still in stock. I assume they didn't want me getting such good bargains over the holidays.
Toys R US . com. Absolutely useless.
Everyone in the UK has been waiting 5 weeks for Seth Rollins orders to arrive. I ordered two, separately.
The first one (22nd of Nov) still hasn't arrived and their customer service doesn't even recognise their own order number. The latter (28th of Nov) has arrived. It has been cut on the front window by boxcutters.
Why are they so useless ?!?!?!
To make matters worse, they now use UPS I-Parcel. So just like ordering from ringside, their is now ZERO value for foreign customers. Their price to ship 1 figure had roughly doubled from 10 to 20 dollars, overnight. On what justification?!?!?! Paying for their ridiculous performance?!?!?

I'm not reading that post because you have Smyths. All our retail combined isn't as good, be grateful.

Pictures I've seen from smyths are like heaven, why complain, tell someone to pick them up for you and cover shipping and cost

I think those saying we have no reason to complain because we have a Smyths either haven't read the original post or are missing the point. The fact there are exclusives overseas that people overseas are paying good money for then arriving in poor condition, isn't acceptable whichever way you look at it. With regards to delivery charges, I don't know if they profit from them, but nonetheless, UPS / any other delivery companies definitely do make an outrageous profit.

There are a lot of figures but at my one it's normally the good ones near the front and the shelfwarmes behind, my Smyths never got Defining Moments Sting. For the exclusives the US seem to be the best place but for non exclusives Smyths is better. So it's kind of difficult to decide which is better.

Smyths is fantastic. But obviously they are MUCH smaller than Toys r us, so stock distribution is inherently easier
They've had very few figures get stuck on shelves, when they do they reduce but only to around 18 dollars. The only elite exception being Elite 32 DBry which went to 6 uid (9 bucks)
They have a small first wave of deliveries which sells rapidly and then it seems a much bigger second batch.
They just work very well.
But it's all irrelevant when it comes to ordering figures from Amazon.com, Target, TRU.com, etc. This is normally for a special figure of some kind, and only Amazon can deliver the goods for me.

To be fair Smyths is a godsend here in the UK. Any Basic, Elite, Battlepack, HOF or DM figure for retail price plus provided you keep an eye on the website regularly (order online or store stock) you'll be very unlikely to miss a figure. Thats a vast improvement from a few years back and to be honest I can see Smyths overtaking TRU with some ease as they expand.
The only challenge for UKers these days is the exclusives - which I'm sure the US guys probably have trouble with sometimes. TRU/Target/Supermarket exclusives there isn't much you can do about other than hope to get it on eBay or Amazon at a decent price. We used to have WrestlingWorld but i think they're out of business now and i only ever used them for these figures. They were overpriced but cheaper than importing. RSC exclusives are a similar situation except i wish RSC just charged a more reasonable international postage rate. Maybe it is what they get charged but i've never been charged as much on any other US site. If they bought this down more i'd probably buy quite a bit from them.
So i think is 'swings & roundabout' really (UK phrase!). Win some you lose some!

Paying for their ridiculous performance?!?!? I just thought about this. Your figures were made in China which is about 7700 KM from the UK. Yet those figures had to travel across the Pacific Ocean to get to the USA which is about a 11600 KM trip. They then were shipped to a distributor somewhere in the USA where they were then shipped to you in the UK across the Atlantic for another 4200KM. That figure traveled across two oceans for about 16000 KM just to get to you. Instead of just getting put on a train or Aircraft and going the shorter route. Anywho..... I agree the TRU website can be pretty useless. They show you figures that are not available in stores or online. Same with Target. I wish they would have someone monitor the inventory at the warehouse and make it so that if a figure is not available to ship they don't have it on the website. In my experience the absolute worst website is JC Penny. They don't have wwe toys, before you ask. I've ordered clothing from there, things the website listed as being available to ship. Only for them to later send me an email stating the item is no longer available days after the order was processed. Often times they do deals where if you order 20 dollars you get 5 dollars off or if you order 30 shipping is free (those are just examples not actual deals). I'll order the 30 dollars and get shipping free, but then it'll tell me something is no longer available. Instead of honoring the prices they gave me plus the deal I was trying to get, in this case free shipping, they'll charge you for the shipping..... This is usually after they make you wait a few weeks while they try to locate your items in their retail stores. That's why Ringside is a great website, they make it easier to obtain figures with out having to visit multiple retailers who may or may not have what you want. And for the most part if Ringside has a figure listed online it will be available to be sent to you. They're usually pretty good about removing figures from the website that are no longer in stock.

Im willing to trade us exclusives in return for fred perry stuff ;) A nice sentiment, but Mattel and WWE are global blue chip companies. Fred Perry is a peasants uk clothing line All of a sudden its popular with a few people and it's prices have shot up. Why on earth would you buy a Fred Perry polo over a Ralph Lauren one? I've got Polo's in vegas and Florida for 20 dollars a pop. They are at least 75 in Bond Street, and they are different class to Fred Perry.

Those two Apple CEOS tried their best to bury the company.

Never had any problems with orders from the US Toys R Us.
Ordered the Seth Rollins on the night of 21st November, shipping notice on the 23rd, arrived December 10th.
Pre-ordered the Cena a while back, got shipping notice 19th November, delivered December 4th.
Never had any problems ordering the WM30 Bret Hart, the 21-1 Brock, or anything else so far. The cost including shipping is about the same as they would be at retail here, which is a lot cheaper than buying from an eBay reseller. As long as they keep stocking the exclusives and shipping them to the UK, I'll be happy. Hopefully they sort out the mess that is the Hunter Hearst Helmsley pre-order.

Never had an issue with any order from tru us, never ordered from Target. I've also never seen a peasant wearing a £65 Polo Shirt, I have however seen many wearing the £10 a pop Ralph Lauren from Dagenham Market

Everything fits baggy. Fred Perry on the other hand, have a more classic style, fit and in my opinion, are better made. Been wearing since 2004 and hate not being able to find anywhere, but online.
