I thought this could make an interesting topic.
My dad never mentioned wrestling all that much, but he did say his favorite was Wahoo McDaniel. I am pretty darn sure he liked Ric Flair too. He did always put me in the figure four whenever we wrestled.
My mom has been a casual fan for a long time. She doesn't always keep up with the product, but the reason I started watching is when I was 5 and she showed it to me.
Her favorites include:
Jake "The Snake" Roberts Shawn Michaels (I think she said he was her all time favorite) The Ultimate Warrior The Undertaker The Hardy Boys Chris Jericho Edge and Christian The Dudley Boys Kurt Angle Stone Cold Steve Austin The Rock Roman Reigns Dean Ambrose
Roman is her current favorite at the moment.

Great thread idea mate....Another thing we have in common, I was exactly the same. My mum was Filipino, a huge fan base for wrestling, and she absolutely loved Tito Santana. With how WWE was back in the mid '80's, seeing how happy she became whilst watching Tito was infectious....she liked Paul Orndorff too...I miss her so much. I do wonder what she'd make of modern day wrestling, as she fell out of touch with it a year before she passed. She also liked Marty Jannetty when he was in The Rockers. She liked Shawn too, but Marty moreso. Interestingly my Dad wasn't a fan of wrestling at all, but would pique interest for 'technicians' like Bret Hart and Mr Perfect. Despite not living with her, my Auntie (my late mother's sister) loved Andre The Giant and Ric Flair.

My Grandfather loved Bruno Sammartino & Randy Savage. I always ordered the PPV and record it on VHS then I'd let him borrow it the next day. It was our thing.
My father couldn't give two s**ts about wrestling. But he did watch WM5 & WM6 with me and my friends. So I guess that's something.

My Dad hates wrestling, so we'll leave him out.
My Mum doesn't particularly like it, but she's always made an effort to show an interest in it over the years. She's quite fond of Eddie (who is my favourite), Savage and Hogan.

My mom never cared for it but my dad use to go with me to the events and whatnot. He even went to to WrestleMania 8 and 9 with me. I think he liked Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan. But I tell ya, he HATED Tito Santana with a passion. I thought it was funny how much he didn't like him.

Dad - Jake The Snake Roberts. Dad didn't understand what it was I liked about pro wrestling, but whenever Jake was on the screen, he stopped what he was doing and watched with me.
Mom - The Rock. She watched the episode of SmackDown where he came on and got the best of the Rhodes Scholars. I asked her to tune in, cause I went to the taping, but she wouldn't have if The Rock wasn't featured that night.

My mom isn't a HUGE wrestling fan, but I remember her telling me that she liked Harlem Heat and the Rock. Dad's favorites are the Ultimate Warrior, Goldberg, Lex Luger, Sycho Sid, Brock Lesnar, Kane, Underdaker, Batista...there's probably more but I don't remember at the moment.

My Dad's favorite wrestler was Triple H, I remember he would always root for him to win whenever he had WM matches. He's also a fan of Undertaker and HBK. He also liked Santino Marella and found him hilarious, he was a bit dissapointed when he realized he doesn't wrestle anymore though.
My mom loves The Rock so whenever he's on she would watch even though she's not a huge fan of wrestling.

My dad loves Kamala, the Bushwhackers, and (so I just learned) Sid Justice. Anyone who doesn't have an over-the-top gimmick or goes by a normal-sounding name (ie, Daniel Bryan, John Cena) is, to him, a "cheap guy." To him, Ric Flair is the cheapest of cheap guys. He'd probably be all over Stardust and the Ascension today.
