I'm from the UK, so we didn't get all the 'hype' of a new network, however my interest in TNA has like many, lacked dramatically over 2015.
TNA left me with very little faith they could ever pull things around. Well with the hype surrounding TNA on POP in the US I decided it's the perfect time to watch 1 more impact wrestling
Even though there was some okay matches, it kinda lacked the spark. The first episode being live, I loved the fact when they went to backstage segments we actually hearted what was happening in the arena, other than something that hadn't happened yet on the show.
And ofcourse, TNA ruining James Storms return by playing the wrong music after Roode won, then when Bram came out it was obvious what was going to happen
I wasn't fully convinced by the debut episode of impact wrestling at all, then I watched one night only.
Wow It was a pretty good card, the matches were fairly solid
Now if TNA were smart, one night only should be what Impact wrestling should be EVERY week, then have a PPV every 3 months to get the pay off of building up storylines.
Isn't 1 of the big catalysts of WCW folding the fact they gave away what could be 'big' matches on free tv, well that's wag TNA do... Usually with one night only. If you don't watch, you don't miss ANYTHING relevant, so why on earth would people pay?
Also with TNA still going the hardcore route, they really should introduce a hardcore title. Focus on that and the x-division and really set yourself apart from the WWE
Anyone agree?

I agree on some parts. They should focus on what made them different and set them apart, and not try to copy and be like the WWE.

I did the same thing. I havent watched TNA since 2011 so i was way behind.
Right off the bat from the second the show came on air, Their production is absolutely horrendous. It legit felt like i was watching some low budget back yard wrestling fed in their garage.
2nd. Their roster. When you have Matt Hardy as a main eventer in 2016, Something is wrong. You have a bunch of old talent on the brink of retirement and you have a bunch of no name new talent that cant draw a fly to a pile of crap.
You can tell this company is on its last strain of hair. It just needs to end.

The Hardyz bringing in all their cronies ala Hogan/Bischoff rubs me the wrong way.
I think they have way more power than they let on.

ROH has better production values now. And that is laughable. TNA used to have a really nice look in 2005-2009 and ROH looks like crap. Man, TNA really fell off a cliff.
