Just watched the ppv on the network last night, I'm not gonna lie, I marked out when Piper came out and shot on Hogan, even if it was 20 years ago, WCW Nitro is some good

ing binge watching material, can't wait to see what happens next, as I'm typing this Bischoff just joined the nWo. DAMN GOOD TV.

Anyway before that ramble haha, I loved the back and forth between Hogan/Piper, and was devastated when the PPV cut off and they didn't show the remainder of their promo on Nitro, did the remainder ever get shown or released, is there a video of it?

I watched that fairly recently as well (I'm watching WCW sequentially from '96 onwards - including PPVs - currently up to March '97.

I actually can't quite remember how it ended, as even though I had the opportunity to watch it back in the day I imagine the following Nitro had a segment allocated to it.

Amazing to think after the beatdown Savage suffered at the hands of the nWo he would end up joining them only months later.

I remember when Piper came out that night, my friends and I were all shocked to see that Hot Rod had too showed up in WCW.

I also remember that fan in the crowd wearing that Papa Shango sweater. It was so random and I never seen it before. I don't even think it was a WWE style sweater that was released either.
