Most unfortunate news. The Stomper was quite the attraction back in the territory days. He was winding down when i was a kid, but Lawler had put him over as a legit monster ,so whenever he'd make a return to the Memphis area it was a big deal. It was cool to see him work those dates for SMW in the 90s too. I'm sure anyone else on here ,who was around any of the "mid southern" territories can attest to how big a legendary monster heel type he really was. R.I.P. Stomper....you will be missed.

R.I.P The Stomper.
Only familiar with him due to Bret's book, but he sounded like a hell of a talent.
