Okay guys i just bought the hennan family and the bobby, whenever the left arm is moved at all up and down it makes the most cringe worthy, annoying, ear painful squeak. And it is loud. I tried boiling water and keeping it in, but it won't take away anything. Any one experience this problem and know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Just keep moving it up & down it should eventually wear out what is ever making the noise I would guess (sorry I blanked & didn't see you already trying the water)

I have Mattel figures like this and I can tell you that even after boiling them, the sound will not stop. It's mostly figures in suits (basic Ricardo comes to mind). It was so bad that I stopped taking him off the shelf. Between this and the wonky leg that I have see on multiple elites (Both Rick Rude versions, Doink, etc. ) it's my biggest Mattel pet peeve!

Is it the shoulder rubbing against the suit?

If the figure is just gonna be on display with the rest of your figures then it shouldn't really matter too much, should it??

I actually have the same issue with my Heenan. I think it's the arm rubbing against his coat.

Is the shoulder rubbing inside the shoulder socket?
Whichever way it can be fixed by cracking and sanding down the joint.

Easiest way to fix it. Is pose him how you like him put him on the display shelves and don't touch it again. Problem is solved.
