Hey everybody. Is there something, be it a store, band, food, drink, wrestling company (this might make an interesting thread by itself if added rosters, etc.), website, etc., that you miss and would love to see return? What would you keep/change to make it work, and what does it mean to you? I was thinking how all things can make a comeback, and the litany of things I want to get brought back.
Myself: Warehouse Music (cds, movies, collectables...physical never gets old. Teaching people that digital is not as good quality, and you get less in terms of booklets and such, plus no more "used", and the price is not much different), OG Starbucks Italian Roast Iced Coffee in a can (several other coffees too...starts my day off right. Make small quantities, selling online, for those that want it.), Arcades (mine was Tilt...my weekends were spent there. Face to face just feels different), ECW (because 3 letters never meant more to me....best wrestling ever, imho), XPW, 3PW, etc. (they were fun for their own gimicks, venues, styles, etc.....this is more complicated: as you might add live music interludes/intros like wrestlemania meets wsx, cards that feature vast match types, unless ppv specific match, foreign talent, homegrown fans, fan centric, etc.), custom items (sometimes hand painted is just cooler than computer generated....people help each other make unique stuff...may not be much more expensive, especially reused items, and bring something fresh to the world's imagination pool), hobby shops (yoyos, hard puzzles, and board games....not just for the kids...awesome times. maybe something the straight edge crowd could champion), swingsets (I miss that peaceful feeling....just remember the past), slamball (i always wanted to try it), several bands, and their forums (nu metal is still my jam...plus fans keep updated records of merch, and have fair prices....we all want some version of our favorites to return) and so many other things.
As always, thanks for reading and I look forward to your responses. These things can all make a comeback, it just takes us to make them a reality again, or at least find the right people to let them return. Best wishes and much respect.
