This mother  er is getting pushed to the moon because of his height. No talent, no charisma, it's just that he's big. WHAT THE !?!? Vince McMahon needs to be neutered so he loses his hard on for big men, and we can move on from the big oafs stumbling around the ring, to an actual wrestling program. EDIT: I'm not mad about the battle royal part. That's okay. I'm mad about the probable title feud, then a Lesnar fued. He doesn't look ready, he's nervous every time he's in the ring. He should've spent time in NXT. Regardless, he shoudnt be where he is planning just because he is big and because ONLY Vince likes him backstage The Reigns stat: Roman Reigns has been in the main event of RAW 14 out the 16 times RAW has aired in the past months. At one point Reigns had main evented 11 RAWs in a row! Jesus Christ. Someone needs to take this company from Vince pronto...

I don't see why this is bad news? Braun probably shouldn't be fighting Taker yet. Putting him in the Andre Battle Royal makes way more sense.
And as for Roman being in the main event... uhh... who else is it going to be? At least he's faced a variety of opponents.

And if it was say..Dean Ambrose with that stat, I doubt it'd be much of an issue, no?

I don't care about him winning the battle Royal, I care about seeing him in the title picture for months and then facing Brock Lesnar and basically putting Bray in the backseat while he gets this mega push just for being tall. |

I think there's a difference between testing the waters, and inserting someone with very little experience into the title picture and a huge match with Brock Lesnar. A better way to test the waters is to have him beat Dean Ambrose for the IC title. It'll give him nuclear heat and he can try to see what a minor title reign is like, before getting a major one. Also, It still wouldn't be great if Ambrose was in that position, as nobody should main event RAW 11 times in a row, but, it would be a lot less of an issue. Ambrose is someone who is not only talented in the ring and on the mic, but is really over with the fans. Reigns is someone who is not that excellent in the ring, is bad on the mic, and gets either no reaction, or mostly boos. It's just more of Vince trying to cram Reigns down our throats. |

Well..who else is there? It's obvious WWE is pushing the entirety of the Shield as the future of the company, injuries have just kinda set that back. Cena was already taking a backseat, and now he's injured. Who else on the roster can step up?..I dunno, WWE's kinda in a monotonous direction at the moment. The injury bug has made everything quite boring. And I don't agree with the Reigns reaction thing. He's certainly not as over as he should be, but he's not getting a dead reaction every night like I've seen people say. I dunno is what it really boils down too. There's not a singular problem, rather problems that have been brewing for years that are finally showing their effects. |

Why get so riled up over something that hasn't happened yet, and may not even happen in the first place?
If it does though, it's hardly surprising. They aren't exactly spoilt for main event heels right now. And Braun has been built as carefully as anybody.

Winning the Battle Royal means little now and honestly if he does not show any real improvement or gain any momentum as a heal by August then Lesnar will not be wasted on him. This is the WWE trying to fix the perceived heel issue by throwing a big scary looking dude at the faces. Considering this is not the 80's and Strowman is not the second coming of Brody it likely won't work.

I wonder how many times Dean Ambrose has been in the main event of Raw and Smackdown. Even back in the Shield days, it felt like a lot. Not complaining...Dean is the man.

It's not uncommon for WWE to push big guys. Nor is it uncommon for their top face to be in all the main events. It's a formula that Vince has been using for 40 years. While I agree with you, that's really the problem imo. It's the same formula week-in and week-out. It would be nice to see other stuff get focus, which kind of happened when Cena was US Champion. The WWE Title feud doesn't need to get 30 minutes to open the show, a stinger in the middle of the show, and then 30 minutes to close the show, every single week. It gets extremely monotonous and I think that can be directly correlated with why people have consistently tuned out for the past decade. I compare it to Madden each year. It's just a roster update. Sure, some people love it no matter what, but people who are casual fans, they get tired of the same old thing, especially when they've already seen it. This isn't a problem I expect to be resolved with Vince in charge. So I'm with you in the thinking that "why are you shocked by this," but that doesn't mean it's not time for a new formula, either. As far as Braun Strowman, haha. I mean that is what it is. This is a company that still sends Big Show out there like anyone gives a about that guy. We've moved past a world where big guys who can't do anything matter. Look at UFC. The money is in people like Frankie Edgar, Conner, and Rhonda. WWE hasn't changed with the times, which is hilariously, or ironically, what they constantly boast about. Vince looks for every opportunity to fall back into patterns from the 80s at any given possibility. It's an archaic thought process. The guy is 70 and this is one of the many problems that Vince displays, adversely to modern thinking. |

I'm okay with Braun winning the Memorial Battle Royal. That crap hasn't been important since the debut of the match. At least Braun winning it will make sense, and hopefully give it the credibility it deserves. I'm okay with Braun facing Lesnar at some point in time. Even though Braun shouldn't win against Lesnar, he can still easily be put over as a credible threat to others as a big man, unlike Big Show. However, I'm not huge on him getting into a story with Reigns for the championship. It doesn't feel right, being that he's in the Wyatt Family, and not the leader.
