haha i know. i said that recently. jakks did jeans better twenty years ago. try and tell that to all the kids and idiots who love throwing away a fortune for the sub par mattel figures. theyre fine, but they're not worth the money. yes prices go up, but mattel makes a ridiculous profit on everything.

I think Mattel did a very nice job on this jeans mold. They were also used on the TRU exclusive Wrestlemania Stone Cold but in a dark blue. But Mattel will never add a wash to their figures, because that wouldn't fit in their allotted production budget.

I'm not very good with paint washes, so what I do is a dry brush of one or more lighter colors over the factory paint to get a similar effect. And it's not just for denim. Is that a Luke cage? Lol

Agreed. Jakks did a great job painting the jeans. Mattel still has room for improvement.
