Hi board,
Does anyone know a technique to swap hands? Really appreciate some tips on getting hands out and then safely putting them back in?
Or is just pull and hope for the best?
Thanks

Twist it around make sure its not stuck. Heat it up with warm water or blowdryer and pull. When replacing let the hand peg cool down, but heat up the arm opening

Thanks very much. Such a cool helpful board here.
Just one more thing, are basic and elite hands the same size?

Like I had to work to get Big show hands onto my lesnar but it worked. boot are different though. heads, most biceps and hands are easily swappable.

Yeah it's a boiling water job, but be super careful as I have broken pegs doing this :[
