Hell, look at Cena at SS 2013. Dude legit had a growth on his elbow and still stuck around for the main event of SS then took a few weeks off afterwards. Yeah, he should wait until after WrestleMania when he's the champion to take the time off. Yes exactly. The champ doesn't even need to wrestle he can just give promos and be in segments. The attack angle could've been on the RAW after mania to write him off. If you're main eventing the biggest show of the year you should be there. And while no, we don't know that they're protecting Roman: ask yourself: is it just a coincidence that Reigns got surgery that takes a few weeks to heal, just so happening to miss the arenas that are infamous for booing WWE-pushed guys?

Typically I'd agree with you about the rumors and speculation. Most of it's bullcrap. However, theirs this little thing called advertising. And when WWE says someone is going to be somewhere, that person has to show up or WWE runs the risk of having to issue refunds. Roman isn't scheduled for anything in the next few weeks. He's already missed 1 week. It's not speculation or rumors. WWE has said through it's advertising, don't expect to see him. Yes he had surgery... He can't cut a promo? Now if WWE said had hey, Roman's not going to wrestle because we've been hit by the injury bug, that's totally different and understandable. HOWEVER. a 40 yr old HHH is about to have a match in a few days and he's a lot more injury prone than Reigns. It's a fact that he's no longer being advertised for certain events. It's still rumors/speculations that he won't show up. Like I said in another post, they could be doing this(removing him from advertisements) to make his return a surprise. No one knows until it actually happens. Even if he doesn't show up next monday in Chicago it will still be nothing but rumors/speculations that he's being kept off TV because of the crowds reactions. Maybe they're just selling the beating he took? Storytelling? No one knows unless you're Vince and company... Also, yes he could be there cutting a promo next week but in my opinion he shouldn't. In my opinion, after getting his face shattered when Roman Reigns gets back it should be to kick Triple H's ass. Not to tell him that's what he'll do in the future. In my opinion Roman should not come back unless he's able to get physical.

No, it's because they don't want to clear him because they don't want him getting in the way of Dean Ambrose's push. It's exactly the same situation as the Daniel Bryan "concussion" story.

They've had no issues with derailing Ambrose's push before. They're leaving Reigns off TV in order to try and generate a better crowd reaction for him closer to Wrestlemania.

Like that weird cult leader who kept predicting the end of the world and changing the date every time it didn't happen.

He's getting constantly booed going into the WM main event as a babyface. They want that to stop. There's two crowds coming up that are almost GUARENTEED to boo him. They can write him off for two weeks. Ambrose can take his place for a bit. The pieces are all there man.

If he's off for these shows, the booking is even more pathetic than I thought.
