I know this is not new news to some. I'm posting this because Allstate Arena and Consol Energy Center have both updated the talent appearing on the show and advertised dark match etc.
Roman Reigns has been removed from both.
I get he had surgery, but wow. Talk about protecting him. Dean Ambrose is carrying not only his feud with Brock but HHHs feud with Roman Reigns nearly all the way to Wrestlemania.

Lol it's the rumble match all over again. They're taking him out of where they know he'll be booed. It's ing evil. They're literally shoving Ambrose all the way, but tripping him last second so Reigns can walk all over him, making a "triumphant return" at Wrestlemania. He's in the main event and he's not appearing. Lol, WWE is honestly despicable.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad. The Raw I'm going to on April 25 has Kalisto, Ambrose, and Owens in the main event in an 8-man tag match, but under: "and featuring your favorite WWE superstars," The top three is Big Show, Mark Henry, and Demon Kane. www.xlcenter.com/events/detail/wwe-raw

That is literally comical. Do they not realise that if they are having to go to the extent of keeping Roman Reigns away from Arenas because they are scared of the reaction he will get, then he quite simply shouldn't be in that spot all together. It's plain embarrassing, and what's even worse is that they are blatantly ignorant enough to then have Ambrose (who should be deep into a feud with Brock Lesnar now), pick up the pieces and try to get Triple H over as a Heel again, all so that when Roman finally returns in a nice, family orientated City he might have more of a chance of getting a good reaction. Regardless of what happens and how they try to coat it up at Wrestlemania with The Rock, the next night it'll be back to square one again, and a few months later Rollins will return with the closest babyface reaction we've seen since Triple H's famous MSG return in 2002. It's all so, so wrong, but I've given up hoping, it's way past that point.

This is hysterical. And pathetic. There's nothing left to say anymore.

I'll be at the last Raw before Mania in Brooklyn and I can't see them keeping him from that show, but they better think of something cause there's no way he's not gonna get boo'd out of the building.

Where does everyone get the idea that they're keeping him off TV because of the reactions he'll get? Aren't they just playing up the injury/surgery angle?

so bringing him back in Philly or Brooklyn is a better idea?

Where does everyone get the idea that they're keeping him off TV because of the reactions he'll get? Aren't they just playing up the injury/surgery angle? Because it's painfully obvious. They could have sold it with him being on TV in a face shield and cut promos (well try to). The fact they are keeping him off until the last two Raws is a pathetic excuse of trying to get him over.

Taking the guy who is gonna main event Wrestlemania and put him on the shelf for 2 weeks so he can't get hurt while not giving the fans who dislike him the chance to get behind him. Great idea Vince! Honestly at this point I don't see how they're gonna get Roman cheered at WM unless they pipe in fake crowd noise.

I honestly hope that when Vince comes out on Raw the night after Mania trash fills the ring like they used to do back in the 90's. Because at this point, that is what this company has become at the hands of Vince.

Where does everyone get the idea that they're keeping him off TV because of the reactions he'll get? Aren't they just playing up the injury/surgery angle? Dean Ambrose got destroyed by Brock Lesnar twice in one night, showed up the next week to Raw and got beaten down again. He's still scheduled for Raw next week. John Cena broke his nose in a match with Seth Rollins just last summer. Missed a week. You don't pull the "number one babyface" being featured as the challenger for the World Title from TV with a month to go before Wrestlemania to sell an injury, because it immediately shifts the conversation elsewhere and makes your main event an afterthought. You do it out of total desperation in an attempt to save ultimate embarrassment. Roman Reigns has to get on a live microphone and cut a believable promo in response to Triple H's beatdown. That's the next step. He's not capable of doing it, and they know it.

Where does everyone get the idea that they're keeping him off TV because of the reactions he'll get? Aren't they just playing up the injury/surgery angle? Nothing but from rumors and speculation started on the internet. People believe in what they want to believe... This exact thread is nothing but more and more speculations. No one knows if he will show up next week or not unless you're Vince and company. They could have sold it with him being on TV in a face shield and cut promos (well try to). No. Just no. After getting his face shattered when Roman Reigns gets back it should be to kick Triple H's ass. Not to tell him that's what he'll do in the future. That's some basic and logical booking. Roman should not come back unless he's able to get physical. John Cena broke his nose in a match with Seth Rollins just last summer. Missed a week.[/quote] I don't remember how much tim Cena missed. But either way... Do you know for a fact that Reigns is missing more than a week? No.

WWE has been very forthcoming with advertised talent lately. With the exception of big surprise returns (Shane), they pretty much spell it all out for you, because they need all the names they can get to sell tickets for their shows. Removing Roman from the list is a fairly decent indicator. Not to mention, he's still scheduled for some house shows prior to the second of these two Raws. He should be back next week. They put themselves in this mess, it's time to see it through and deal with the embarrassment.

They've been trying since 2014 to get Roman over. They know it's not worked, and that's why they're keeping him off RAW.

My guess is they're hoping he stays off TV, Ambrose gets pounded time after time and when Roman finally returns to save Dean from a beating he'll be cheered like 98 Austin.

If he's kept off TV next week then you guys will have something to complain about but right now you don't have. It's just complaining out of some rumors/speculation...
