Too much sleep
Low iron levels
Sleep apnea, not getting good rest
Having no sleep schedule
There are my reasons this could be happening.

I would go in and get some blood work done. When you are tired all the time, it can be many things that cause that. Some bad, some really really bad. But usually its the lesser bad, which isn't really that bad at all when you compare it to the really bad things.

Go see a doc mate.
Could be a hundred things..
The first this I thought was depression, which affects almost all of us at one point or another.
Likely something u can get sorted with the right help. Good luck!!

I was the same way for a long day. I started being more active and eating better and my energy level change drastically. A consistent sleep schedule helps too.

As said above, go see a doctor & have blood work done. If you're over weight you could be at risk of diabetes. That will elevate your blood sugar and make you tired and sluggish. You obviously dont have to be overweight to have diabetes but if you are you'll be at a higher risk.

I worked nights for 3 years my sleeping pattern was okay but slept through the day and was awake through the night, I didn't realise until recently when I started working days how much I'd sleep as a night worker. It takes some time to get used to but now I'm enjoying being awake at normal times and I don't need an alarm clock anymore my body clock sets itself and my sleep pattern is a lot better I only get 8 hours and I wake up refreshed and ready I think late nights really do mess you up so maybe it's that;if you're a night person

Are you overweight? Upper body fat causes the diaphragm to work harder for breathing. The medical term for this is sleep apnea. Although, even non overweight people can suffer from sleep apnea as well.
The end result is that you are never really getting enough sleep because the body is working too hard for you to breathe. Thus a feeling of constant fatigue.
