Now the lawsuit has ended. So whats next?
Defining Moment Hollywood Hogan figure?
Elite series Hulk Hogan 1990 ish with Hulk Rules shirt and Badana?
Or a Basic Battlepacks Megapowers Hogan/Macho Man will come first?

Hogan being booted from the WWE had absolutely nothing to do with the sex tape or this lawsuit. Not sure why everyone thinks Hogan winning this suit means he will immediately be back in the WWE's good graces.
I'm sure he will be back eventually, but he got the big boot for his racist comments, not for having sex on video.

Still no confirmation if he's coming back, though.

Like its not even registering at all with them.

The win in court is the first, small step to the re-building process to get back into the mainstream's good graces. But yeah...

Defining Moments Naked Hulk in Bed Dropping the 'N' Word. I KID, I KID. No way Vince "bans" him forever. Too much money to be made. I bet next year. Give the year to cool it off, let him do some BS public thing with Mr. T or some crap and BOOM, WM33 HERE COMES HULKSTER. By that time some other famous idiot will do or say something stupid and everyone will have forgotten about it.

Mattel isn't going to make a WWE figure of someone who is currently being blacklisted by the WWE. They have been instructed months ago, and it has been noted trillions of times on this forum, that WWE gave direction to halt production of any further Hogan figures. So yes, it does in fact matter if he is back with the WWE or not.

This means absolutely nothing in regards to his relationship with WWE. Besides that, it surely is going to get turned over on appeal.
I'm sure he'll return to the WWE in due time. But this doesn't have anything to do with that.

But this doesn't have anything to do with that. But dude, a guy with 32 posts on wfigs is DEMANDING that Mattel release the figure. That pretty much confirms that it will be happening. I'll check TRU tomorrow and let you guys know what I find. Jokes aside... Interestingly enough though, I don't think gawker will be appealing the case. There's a strange legal stipulation in the state of Florida that says that if they want to appeal the decision they need to put forth a bond worth twice the total amount of money awarded plus interest in order to get approval to move forward with the appeal. I would guess that Gawker probably doesn't have $230Mil + interest lying around. Hopefully they don't and Hogan can have some positivity on his side for once. The guy can surely use some of that right about now.

His HOF 2 keeps popping up in the Targets around me. It's like he never left lol.
With that being said, time for folks to move on, time for new figures.
After looking at the Wrestlemania card, if I were Vince I would bring him in lol.

Glad that he won, but sadly the stuff that was on this tape during the trial is what got him fired. This is the first step in the rebuilding process. Hogan has done enough with charities and other things to let something as ridiculous as his little rant get him blacklisted from everything good he has done. He'll be back in WWE in no time especially if they rehired Del Rio who was also supposed to be blacklisted from WWE

I want a Hollywood Hogan Mattel elite asap, but Hogan winning doesn't fix his relationship with WWE. He said the "n word" which is the reason why he's not with WWE, not because of the leaked sex tape.

The Hulkster could probably use the cash.

Like its not even registering at all with them. where the sex tape does come into play though is when those racist comments were made on that sex tape. An argument can be made that since the tape was illegally obtained in the first place then anything stemming from the tap, i.e. the racist comments, should be thrown out as well. It's called the fruit of the poisonsous tree doctrine in legal studies. So a case could be made to see that those comments were only heard due to an illegal action and that may lead towards him being forgiven in a much quicker fashion. The problem is that you can't unhear what has already been said. Also make note that Hulk Hogan has turned down multiple high paying appearances during WrestleMania weekend because he believed he's be working for Vince that weekend. Just high hopes by hogan or is wwe really looking at bringing him back sooner than later?
