I wish Mattel would make the classic IC strap a tad longer. It's slightly too short to fold the outer two sideplates back and snap the belt together. The new IC is long enough to do this

Jakks makes better weight belts. Still perplexed on Mattel logic for hogan and ryback weight belt

Mattel seems to take a few attempts to make belts the correct size, but when they do dial it in their belts are amazing

They are incomparable. Mattel belts are VASTLY superior to Jakks. So this!!! No comparison. the belts dont stay snapped on, they ALWAYS fall of my figures The interlocking strap is as close to the snaps on the real thing so if your Mattel belts fall off, this issue is definitely NOT the belts, it's the one putting them on. No offense Well I mean I'm not a idiot but the damn things always unsnaps and falls off . The belt that is giving me the hardest time is the WWE title that came with defining moments Steve Austin ( the new one ) I mean I guess I could have just gotten a bad belt .

The Mattel belts are vastly superior, the only thing I did Jakks did better were with engravement of detail ec. The world heavy championship. I also think the Mattel version of the winged eagle is a little too wide on the sides and honestly have to give Jakks the upper hand as far as the design goes.

If we are talking about playsets and arenas, I would say Jakks all day! If you pit Mattel's training center VS Jakks Training Day Gym playset. You can see Jakks crushed it.
Belts, however, goes to mattel.

I was a little underwhelmed with the Mattel World Heavyweight Championship belt. The Jakks version was so much more detailed. The Mattel WHC belt has grown on me though. Other than that, it's Mattel all the way.

I tend to agree that the Mattel belts are far superior. I especially love the classic tag titles!
