I'm rather new to collecting the Mattel figures I started pretty much just MOC but have bought some loose figures.. What would the average price range be to buy a loose figure that people aren't jacking the price up on

Depends on who you are buying but it's always better to buy lots of you are getting loose because most lots avg about $5-$12 a figure

Any specific figures you have in mind?
There isn't one set price anybody could give that would cover all loose figures

Depends on the figure. I've sold some loose basics for 0.99 before and some for $25-30 before. There is no average.

I think the price of certain figures varies especially on eBay. It's hard to say a figure goes for this much because a month from now it could change so drastically.

Compare the characters in eBays sold listings. Then you can work it out. And it's not sellers who jack prices up, the buying market causes prices to increase

I'd say around Tree Fiddy.

It doesn't matter what price people are asking. It is only what you are willing to pay for a figure that matters.

Best thing to do is compare various eBay and amazon sellers. Then weigh your desire for the figure against the cost.

Oh, and if you look for figure lots on eBay you can often get several of your wants in one lump purchase!
