Can someone provide me with a list of Wrestlers Mattel won't ever touch or do. ?. I'm trying to complete my 89 - 2010 rosters of WCW WWE WWF and ECW. But i need to know out of the entire Wrestlers. Who Mattel have said they'd never touch and who we don't think they'd ever create. So far my list is as following.
Scott Stenier (Steiner has already said he won't sign)
Owen Hart (Obvious reasons)
Chyna (Its sad especially today but i still don't think WWE will allow it)

As long as Marc Mero has his list he won't get a figure or have a relationship with WWE.

Scott Steiner
Jeff Jarrett -Vince HATES him
Shane Douglas - heard he won't sign,hates WWE
Dynamite Kid - heard he won't sign
Sunny - too many issues with her right now.
Sable - her husband has been employed by WWE for like 4 years now. I would think if they could make her,they would have already.

Never say never on WWE's behalf, Vince has always gladly welcomed stars back that he knew would make him money. I would say the only one off limits for obvious reasons is Benoit. Owen would be made in a heartbeat if they could get his widow to agree. Steiner would be made if they offered him enough money. Even Mero, if they felt they could profit off of him they would quickly (they just know they wouldn't so it's not an option). I would of had Chyna on the list as well but now with her passing "all is forgiven" on their part and she's plastered all over their website. Bret Hart constantly blasts WWE but he's made and gonna be on the next PPV because he makes them $.

Sadly I'm losing hope on Giant Gonzalez due to them not being able to get the rights due to lack of finding family members. They should just release it I think because there wouldn't be any family to sue them lol or just set the money aside to pay out later.

With the exception of Chris Benoit, I don't think it's impossible that anyone else could never get a figure. It's just a matter of coming to an agreement. And while some may not want to make that agreement now, eventually they all do.

Savage will never be in HOF per Lanny Pofo. Warrior said hed never go to HOF. Never see Madusa on WWE tv again. ETC. |

Have you read Marc Mero's book? See here's what your missing from my post, I agree a Sable/Mero would sell (mainly because of Sable) - but probably just as well as say The Colons. If there were enough people demanding Mero merchandise they would sign him, but there isn't and never will be. Edit - I'd love a Mero figure, but logically I understand why he will not happen. |
