I'm going to RAW on Monday (Hartford,CT) and had a few questions:
1. Where do you usually have to go to meet the superstars as they're coming into the arena? 2. When do you need to be there to ensure you can get a spot at the rails? 3. Do most superstars stop and take pictures and autographs? Or just wave and walk/drive in?
Any answers would be appreciated thanks.

That arena is smack in the middle of the city
Unlikely you'll have an easy time meeting anyone

A house show comes to my local arena twice a year and the wrestlers always ignore the fans and rush past the gates.

Usually they get there in the early afternoon so if the arena isn't somewhere with a lot of things nearby you may be wasting your day for nothing. I'm sure some will sign and some won't.
Trick for me was always to try and find where the parking lot they park is, and after raw rush to that spot and wait. Sometimes they are stuck in traffic and will sign and you will avoid the traffic anyway waiting. Haven't done it in a LONG time though. Most are cool though

Everywhere is probably different, but when they come to Amway in Orlando the park in the parking garage across the street and normally there are gates for fans to stand behind outside the garage and they walk across the street and usually 70% of them always stop and take photos and graph.

The Hartford Civic Center has an underground parking lot that is inaccessible to anyone except the wrestlers and WWE staff, so your chances of meeting anyone before or after the show at that building are zero. The ramp to the garage is on the side of the building though, so you can wait there and wave to guys as they drive in though if that's what you're into.

Been to a couple Raws & house shows. Took my nephew by where they park in the back of the arena. Most just honk or wave. You'll occasionally get some that come out, but not really from what I've seen. Only ones we've had/seen come out to take pics/autographs was Natty, Paige & Seth

My advice would be, don't do this as they don't want to be bothered, and you look like a total mark.
BUT if you're willing to push through that, I'd look for the arena's loading area as that's probably where they come in (back by the trucks).

Only thing that could've made that any more perfect was if it was in St. Loius
