I'm not attempting to go all out or model it after a specific outfit that they wore, only because I'm not good at this stuff and I don't want to ruin figures. I thought about using 2 Kevin Owens figures and adding a jersey or hoodie that I found while browsing the spam.com site. I figured that Owens has a close enough build and wears mesh shorts and black shoes, similar to what PE wore. I found a blank hooded sweatshirt that I could write the Public Enemy name on and just kinda put my own spin on it. The only thing I'm unsure of, is what heads I could use for them? I saw a custom years ago of Johnny Grunge and the head that was used was from a UFC Chuck Liddell figure. So the Liddell could be a possibility. As for Rocco, I'm not totally sure at all. Closest thing I can say is maybe one of the Usos? Anyway, feel free to chime in as I'd like to know your suggestions. Thank ya!!

Yeah,I'd definitely go with the Owens figures for the bodies. Honestly not sure about the heads.
