Totally breaks kayfabe, these dudes are meant to be from the swamp, disconnected from the world. Don't need to picture Strowman on his iPhone with his big ass hands trying to send a tweet. Just stupid, stupid of the WWE to make them have a profile. Imagine Taker in his prime using social media, out of character and incredibly stupid.

Why do they have to be disconnected since they live in a swamp?
The reach of some of these cell phone companies these days is amazing
Bray lives in the swamp by choice
His dad is a nice respectable tax man with lots of money and a nice big house
Bray is basically b-rad g
To answer your question: no it doesn't

If it were up to me they wouldn't use twitter and wouldn't be in commercials, but this is a completely different era compared to what 90's Undertaker was in so it's not surprising or too egregious of an act that they do.

No cause I know wrestling isn't the only thing in their lives and also that it isn't real.

Kayfabe no longer exists. It's all about relating to the stars, access, and pop culture.
They only need to be characters long enough to lose to whoever they have to lose to next, the rest of the time, they're actors that we pay money to watch.

If you don't follow them, it will be like they don't use Twitter at all. That might be a better option than hating something. Remember, '...hate leads to suffering.'

They protected Bray for about a year. They wouldn't let him do interviews, didn't use social media etc. They treated him like they treated the Undertaker in the 90s, trying to protect the character at all costs. But that stopped once they couldnt figure out what to do with Wyatt

Bray's gimmick should have been protected like Taker's. No to... Twitter, baby kissing, happy go lucky Bray. Yes to... Sadistic, sporadic, cryptic Bray.

If ISIS uses social media to recruit people, The Wyatts (no apostrophe) can do the same.

To be fair what would they do all day if they had no TV or Internet? It would be pretty boring for them if they lived in an empty house.
They're sadistic and freaks of nature but that doesn't mean they can't enjoy some social media in their personal time.

If you follow them on twitter, then to me that tells me you want to know more about them outside of the tv show. So what do you expect? The easy solution is to only watch them on tv and not follow them on twitter if you don't want the illusion of the character broken.

In order for a gimmick like the Wyatt Family to work, it needs to be protected. The Wyatt Family should be treated like The Undertaker when on television, without question.
Now, I say that with a caveat.
The world has changed greatly since The Undertaker was "born" into professional wrestling. It's nearly impossible to invoke that sort of protection over a gimmick in this day and age, and it requires the talent involved to really give up an entire side of their lives that they may not want to, and I understand and appreciate that. So, with that in mind, I don't have a huge problem with the Wyatts breaking character over social media.
What I do have a problem with, however, is when WWE asks them to break character, or undermines the gimmick on TV. The Wyatt Family should not, under any circumstances, be appearing on the Edge and Christian Show. They shouldn't be ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange. They shouldn't be in a comedy commercial for Smackdown's move to USA. When on camera, they should be fully protected at all times, and never be put in a situation that demeans or undermines the gimmick, period.
This is no different from when Stephanie McMahon acts like a monster on screen, and then two segments later is shown in a video package speaking to kids and being the charitable face of the company. Don't do it. Protect the characters through the course of the show, and let social media be what it is.
