Im talking about BBQ Grills. The summer is right around the corner so more and more people will be grilling. What do you like to grill, or eat grilled? Are you a Charcoal man or a Propane man or something else?
For me I almost always grill Arracherra or Skirt Steak as it's known in some places. I let it sit and marinate in lime juice and salt for a few hours before I grill it. My wife gives me different things to grill every now and then. Just the other day we had Grilled Zucchini and lobster tails. Every now and then we have grilled "McRib" sandwiches, her recipe.
For years I was using Charcoal. It's ok but I didnt like all the extra work that goes into building the fire so I got a propane grill. I originally had a Sunbeam grill which was fine. I had it for years, little by little it deteriorated though and eventually the gas burners rusted through to the point where it ceased to work. A couple of years ago I bought a CharBroil grill.
I used the Charbroil grill last year with no problems, then this year I noticed one burner stopped working, then another. I thought maybe they were frozen due to me grilling in the dead of winter but last week I grilled and I still had my two burners out of 4 that were not working and the two that were working were so weak. For a second I thought it might be the regulator but I think if it was the regulator none of the burners would be working.
Now im just thinking Charbroil makes and inferior grill. So im looking to get a new grill again. Im thinking I'll prob get a Webber this time seeing as I love the restaurant and my last charcoal grill was a webber. I just think I'll wait to buy one until I see a sale of some kind.
Thanks for reading and possibly sharing.
Happy Grilling!

I pretty much grill as long as it isn't raining and its above 50 degrees. The smell is the best smell on earth, and I prefer charcoal/wood over gas. But gas is fine if you're pressed for time.
I love cooking anything from steaks, chicken and burgers to veggies, potatoes and pizzas. Chicken is usually my #1 customer
7-Up marinaded chicken may be my favorite way to cook chicken on the grill!

I BBQ with both. I prefer using mesquite on steaks, Burger, chicken, pork. I use gas for bigger cuts of meat that need to cook for 6-10 hours. I love smoking a brisket early in the morning and letting it smoke all day.
Very interested in this 7-up marinade as I will be BBQ'ing chicken this evening.

I love to grill. I grill as often as I can. When I'm at home I use wood charcoal. When I'm on the road, I use a small propane grill. My favorite grilled item is rib eye, no doubt. But I love to grill all steaks, chicken, pork chops etc. My charcoal grill also allows me to smoke bbq which is by far one of my favorite things to do while drinking lol.

My parents have a rotisserie set for their grill. We barbecued a roast for mother's day and it was probably the best roast we've ever had.
My favorite thing personally to grill would probably be skewers. Whenever I have some buddies over we'll make a good two dozen skewers and go to town.

Even though I'm in New England, I grill year round. 2 ft. of snow doesn't effect me. Nothing beats a grilled ribeye.... I just picked up a MasterBuilt smoker a couple months ago when it was on sale. I've yet to set it up, but I can't wait to smoke up some ribs, pork shoulder, Mac and cheese, chicken, and turkey.

I grill year round, only charcoal. I gave my propane grill away 8 years ago, when I bought my first charcoal chimney and haven't looked back. I have 2 Webber kettle grills, one bigger than the other, and I love them. I use them to smoke pulled pork (using the snake method), grill steaks, chicken, pizza, and any thing else I get a hold of. One of my families favorites are my Bacon wrapped stuffed Jalapeno's.

Real men dont use gas/propane. So far since Ive had the new grill the past 2 weeks at the new house, Ive done burgers & dogs twice and steaks once. Ive got plans for some chicken soon though.

i'm currently only propane, and i just finished up my first tank yesterday. restocked today and going to try some massive steaks my buddy got through a friend's family that are butchers. currently marinating!
i always do my potatoes the same - sliced not all the way through in a few different places, and then pockets of butter and/or onion placed in. bit of sea salt and pepper, wrap em up, and they're ready for the grill.

They are delicious.
