I was posting in another thread regarding the Target sale going on. I've gone to 6 Targets in the area over the past two days and have managed to haul in a Macho King, Hulk Hogan, Sgt. Slaughter and extras of Austin and Eddie. Every Target I've been to or called has had at least 5 Tito Santana's on the racks, in some cases more and in other cases it was the only figure there. The local Target that I frequent has only had Tito's on the shelf for the past 6 months. It's not a bad figure as far as likeness and attire is concerned. I think it looks like Tito. It comes with a cloth shirt which is nice. But I don't even think I would buy this figure for $7.50. There is just no appeal to me, I can't even explain it properly, but I am clearly not alone! The only other figure I have seen warm shelves even close to this level would be the Daniel Bryan with the Wyatt Family Jumpsuit. Any how, I made an offhanded remark in the thread: "Tito, worst Elite ever?" People quickly came to his defense. I'm not saying it is, especially now in this new thread. I've been buying wrestling guys my whole life but have only begun seriously collecting about a year and a half ago - so there are people far more experienced and knowledgeable on here that can weigh in and provide insight. So - in your opinion - what is the very worst WWE Mattel Elite figure released to date? Picture references would be welcome. It can be for any reason, just explain yourself. Is it a likeness issue? Terrible head scan? Inaccurate attire? Shelf warmer / unnecessary figure? I'm new here and I'm very interested in what you guys have to say about this! I wanna see some bad ones!

It's not supposed to be "bitching" about bad figures - I was genuinely curious as to what figures people hold in low regard and why. Tito Santana and Daniel Wyatt come to mind for me. Was hoping people would name some older ones I could look up.
It's all in fun here!

Elite 33 Cesaro was bad for a long ass time. It sat on the shelf and did not wanna move.
Right now, all of Elite 38 (except Savage) and all of Elite 39 seem to be clogging the shelves around me.

Wait....in that other thread, you were implying Tito is a bad figure? I just thought you meant he was the worst shelf warmer ever.
On that note, the figure itself is not the worst elite ever. And as far as shelf warming, the few hanging around don't impede new stock from arriving at the Targets in my area. You probably have serious scalper issues at your stores.

Tito is a great figure, but I personally dont care for the 80s. I cant think of the worst elite, mattel does a damn good job but i will say my least favorite is E16 Nash. Ive been meaning to sale that figure for the longest.

No HOF figures shelf warm around me. Of course they have not had any HOF3 yet.
Greatest shelf warmer I have seen is the Horsemen set. There are so many around me Henan will never come out here. I will wait until the end of May before I hit up the Bay for HOF3 and Henan sets.
Single figure, nothing warms hard, but there are some Punk BAF and Brodus.
Worst Elite, there has not been 1 that I completely hated. But one I did not buy was Brodus. Hated that gimmick. But it still looked like him.

The RSE is much better.

Obviously it depends on how you define "worst". Shelfwarming wise it is hands down Tito, followed closely by Junkyard Dog, singlet Warrior, and like every Daniel Bryan ever. Looks wise, E39 Sting is pretty awful. From the bizarre attire choice (tucked in shirt, really?) to the lego-man looking face, that figure is just all sorts of ed up. Oh, and of course... Let's not forget the ongoing mistake of giving Sting a wooden bat. For me personally, I still am the most heartbroken over RSC Nash. It had the potential to the be best Elite to date. But of course, it had to be botched with a ponytail head and the wrong freaking hair color. Doubly embarrassing is the fact that they have the correct head on the front of the box itself!!!!!! That brings back an awful Jakks memory with the CS Superstars 3 Pack that finally had a classic Kane... But with this: I get that these two situations are not exactly the same because in the Jakks case, the correct version was an actual figure instead a mockup like in the Nash case. But still, the right?

I can't truly think of one that's a bad figure value wise, like some of the Jakks figures, I mean, even a figure like E30 Batista is detailed all over, even if the head isn't totally up-to-date and E39 Sting has a bat, coat, and detail all over.
I will say for me it's E12 Randy Orton, there's nothing wrong with it besides the plastic cocoon shirt, but he kept me from getting E12 Kane at retail because he warmed everywhere E12 was being stocked, it also didn't help that only Kmarts were stocking E12 the whole time because the Morrison, Tatsu, and Truth from E10 were backed up everywhere else. I would also nominate last year's 32/33/34 repack case for most stockblocking series ever. This all seems a bit dramatic to say though.

Has to be AJ Lee. That face looks like crap, and its only accessory was the same necklace that came with the other two basics. It also had less unique sculpting than than the two other basic AJ's released after it. Its garbage.
