The title says it all.
I recently broke up with my ex back in January about two weeks after our one year together. She was just mentally unstable and it became way too much for ya boy to handle.
I met her through my brother who was dating her sister. Definitely was very weird at first and I can only imagine how many of you think I am wrong for that.
The girl before her, I met through school.
Happy sharing.

My school. I go to a "nerd school." My lady is in the engineering program with me. She's in the other engineering class though (there's 2 of them.) So I was meeting the other class at lunch, and then I saw her and I introduced myself. So we started talking, and bam.

Through work. We started as friends and I liked her before she liked me but she had a boyfriend so I never tried anything. Then we traded numbers and started texting pretty often and it turned out her relationship was rocky so eventually she ended it and we started dating. It was pretty surreal when she started initiating the flirting because I really didn't think at the time it was ever going to be an option. I was also sort of seeing another girl during the period where we were flirting but that was more of a messy spontaneous situation that probably shouldn't of happened.

I had a mutual friend fly me to Florida to help him kick a pain killer habit and we met through him. It's been 5 years and still as happy as the day we met.

High school French class. Not nearly as good a story as some of these here, but hey; I'll never complain about the end result.

At a house party near NDSU in August 2010. Since I don't drink alcoholic or anything the only reason I really went was to hang out with my best friend and one of his college friends who was also a big hockey fan so the 3 of us were gonna sit down and talk NHL. We did at first but something happened where at one point, I had lost them and was pretty much sitting alone. Then this girl sat next to me (who knew my best friend and knew I came with him) and we started talking and ended up being joined at the hip for the rest of the night. The 4 of us played beer (in my case, water) pong and just kinda hung around enjoying the drunk antics of all the fools who were there. At the end of the night I had her autograph a ping pong ball just because and we parted ways. Started chatting on Facebook daily which led to hanging out whenever I was in Fargo which led to dating in December 2010 which led to getting married in May 2015.

Day after my 22nd birthday a friend and I were goofing around Ohio university campus. I saw a girl and pointed her out to him. He approached her and asked her out for lunch. She said yes because she was hoping that I would be tagging along. About a month later I wound up at my current job, and she ended up being very close friends with almost everyone that worked there. To my surprise, she had a huge crush on me. BUT she was in a relationship....... but it was at the end of its run, she was tired of a child like man she was dating, and ended it.... we hung out a bit and ended up really liking each other. have been together nearly 12 years now. August will mark 12 years together, October will mark 9 years married.

My dad.
One day, he sat me on the couch and I watched Smackdown with him. From that moment, I was hooked.

My story isn't anything groundbreaking. We met at a party one Saturday night. I was 19, she was 15 . We ditched the party and spent at least a good three or four hours just talking. We had our first date at a food court and she paid for her own. Strangely / fortunately she chose to stick around.
Were still together to this day, which will be 12 years in August, and married.

Met my wife at work. I was the fun, charming 23 year old and she was the sweet, sneaky-hot milf. Somehow, i tricked her in to actually loving me. Been married for a year and a half now.

Played with fire for a while there. Gotta be careful with that jailbait. Congrats on making young love work, though!

I don't have a significant other, but I met the girl I f#ck off of Tinder. We've been FWBs for almost a year now. She's really cool, so we're actually good friends. As for dating, it's been about 2 years. I'm one of those 'one true love' guys. I was 27, she was 19, it was in Buffalo. Lasted about three years, and if I'm honest I hope we can make it work somewhere down the line. I moved away after we broke up for a fresh start, but never really found anyone as good for me since. We've been in perpetual contact, and she's been out to see me and vise versa. I know she loves me too, it's just difficult when neither of us are ready to move. She's perfect for me, and even though we've been/are with other people, I know she feels the same, at least about nobody being as great for her as me.

I know several people who met through online places and got married and are going strong. I've met several girls through POF and we did many other things then get married! It's a great hook up site!
ANYWAY. Me and my girl were in the same play back in 2010, she was a sophomore in college and I was carefree fun loving guy and she was always in her books doing homework and whatnot during scenes. We flirted a little bit but she had a bf a the time. Go forward five years we meet each other again at an audition, I got a part in the play but she didn't, I ended up hooking up with another girl in the play and found out she got a part in this other play at a different theater. I looked up her old email from five years ago and laid on the charm and then dumped the other girl to be with this one. We've been together for over a year. Being an actor is awesome, you meet so many different people. lol
Oh and don't give me any crap about dumping the other girl when I was interested in the one I'm with now. My ex is happy and with a good guy. Things just don't work out.
