So by now everyone is familiar with the super ripped arm mold that we usually see with the likes of HHH, Warrior, Batista and more recently, the new DM Surfer Sting.
I never liked this arm mold in general; I think it's pretty unrealistic and awkward looking with its skinny wrists and and rigid edges (I also hate how they can never pair them with any fists...instead we get that odd, wide open hand.
Anyway! My main gripe is that for some reason, these arms don't allow you to achieve a straight up vanilla pose, and allow for them to hang straight at the wrestlers' side...
So in turn, they end up with this gorilla pose and it's so difficult to achieve any kind of natural look. And again, without fists, you can't even get a good "hulk hogan" flex pose (unless you hand swap, which I typically do).
So I realize this is probably too long of a thread in hindsight, but I hope they can make a new mold...perhaps a slightly leaner, more defined version of the new (?) Farooq NOD arms?
Thoughts guys? Does this bug you too?

I like my figures more muscular than the wrestlers they represent for some reason.

I've always hated that arm mold as well, but not for the same reasons you do. The biceps are too narrow and the triceps have a dorsal fin. The Ziggler arms, as they are commonly referred to, are the better heavyweight arms. If they were a little less ripped, they would be perfect.

PJ loves the Ziggler arms, and the Fandango torso. He texted me that earlier as a matter of fact.

So you want roided arms to have a natural look? Does not compute.
In all seriousness, this arm mold is terrible and often used when it shouldn't be. The thing that looks really stupid are the gigantic triceps.

I don't mind the arms.

The only thing that annoys me about those arms is that I've snapped two hands off just by turning them

As long as we're talking about hedious body parts, Mattel needs to revist the small torso mold - on every Daniel Bryan/Jericho and Edge for some reason. Fugly looking torso.

The Funk torso should be used on Edge, Jericho, and maybe Bryan

Funk's torso would be to big for DB. I think the Matt Hardy/Curtis Axel torso would have been better suited for him.
As far as the Triple H arm goes the only thing I don't like about it is the tricep.

I agree with the OP about the huge arms. They are overused and they only look good on Triple H, Batista, Ultimate Warrior and a few others. The elite Rock arms are what should be used as the standard muscular arms.

FOR REAL. HHH, Austin, and Sting among others suffer from this.. even Eddie's basic I think.. too much.

My only gripe is when basic figures have different arms than elites. See Stone Cold. I almost always swap his basic arms onto his elites.

I strongly dislike this arm mold & it just doesn't suit any figure; even Warrior. They are simply too angular & lack fullness, particularly around the triceps. My favourite arms are the ones given to DM Hulk Hogan & Brock Lesnar, they look good from all angles due to their fullness. A range of arms similar to these but with varying thickness should be suitable for most Superstars.

I don't have any ripped arms issues, but I DO have some ripped pants issues!
