You can get those stains out...it just takes time and patience and a magic ingredient. Acne cream with benzoyl peroxide. Apply a thin layer to the stained area, place the figure in direct sunlight, leave it there all day, rinse, repeat until the stains are gone. I've done it to multiple figs with stains from cloth items, even used it on figs with sharpie all over them and it's worked every time. Some take a few days, some a few weeks, but I've always managed to get it out. any before and after pics?

I prefer cloth to rubber, but on certain figures, rubber is best.

Damned if they do, damned if they don't, Mattel can't win whatever they choose <_<

I don't currently...the last figure I used the trick on was an LJN Big Boss Man whom someone had coloured the sunglasses with a sharpie and it had bled onto his nose and forehead. All cleaned up now. I've used this process on Jakks and Mattel figs with great success as well.

Go to hardware store and buy prep remover. It will take anything off of anything

I personally only wear clothing made of fabric. I don't know what the figures prefer.
A plastic figure wearing plastic clothing is like a human wearing clothing made out of human skin. And that is sickening.
