Just got RSC shawn and the back of his legs are stained with brown. Looks like someone packaged him just after taking a dump. He cost me 52$!!! This is total b.s.
In the last year we've gotten GREAT figures, all beautiful sculpts for the most part etc etc... but having to dig through all the figs to find ONE THAT ISN'T MESSED up...well that's getting to be absurd. I'm serious here - and I know alot of you feel the same way.
Bill or somebody else NEEDS to address this issue, cuz the work they put in is pissed all over when the figs ship out. I know there's always little pain scuffs and marks - that I accept, But to charge as much money as they do - over 30$ in canada for example. This issue must be addressed.
I want EVEYRY ONE who's had a QC issue in a years time to post their pics here so our voices can heard AND SEEN lol
I can't be the only one who's spent 50$ on a fig and be so excited her arrived to then be like "ah man...wtf is sh*t?" Seriously. I think it's even getting to the point where people would actually rather hunt them down in stores simply because you'll hopefully find a 'good' one...and that's B.S.
So c'mon - post those pics (but only a year back cuz they've been really bad recently). I'll put up mine later too.

I don't ever remeber buying toys as a kid and getting figs with no eyebrows or the S scratched off of superman etc etc... What are you getting so worked up over? Once I learned to let things go and get upset over things I can control. Nothing else bothers me.

What everyone else said. Contact RSC and they will likely replace it. I had an incident after receiving items from the appreciation sale. Instead of coming here to complain, I emailed customer service and they resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction and then some.

Every day people are complaining about QC issues, so I said lets' put THEM ALL HERE. LEARN TO f'n READ before you jack people's thread to crap on them for posting something IMPORTANT or find something more useful to do with yourselves. Ok? I don't need YOUR NONSENSE cluttering up MY THREAD about an IMPORTANT ISSUE. This is a BIG DEAL ok. I'm not mad at RSC - they can't see into the box with magic eyes. So shut up and keep your mouth quiet unless got something to say in regards to THIS ISSUE. Cuz YOU'RE USELESS responses are what clutters things up. The children on here are extremely ignorant. I order the RSC HBK a couple weeks ago and no probs with mine. Not sure if people are unlucky but I haven't ran into the problems that people keep moping about. Bill can't fix any issues because that is not his job. Mattel sees a couple hundred issue out of a hundred thousand production as not cause for concern. So chill out, dude, and send an email to RSC for support.

Shoddy paint apps and missing eyebrows are NOT rsc or tru or Walmart's fault. Was there an RSC mention in the title? NO. Quality control is the ISSUE - an ISSUE MANY HAVE HAD. Enough with the fighting... and they'll be no complaint thread. If you have an issue with anything ordered from Ringside simply contact Ringside as I said over and over again. These threads always and up in fights and besides that it doesn't belong on this forum.
