Just got my WM authentic scale ring today and while putting it together I can't get 2 ring posts to fit in properly, Do the ones with the tag ropes have to go into certain slots? Any help is appreciated

It doesn't matter which posts go where.
That sucks though. I'm guessing you've tried switching different posts around?
I know this isn't ideal... But I'm sure WCT would send you replacement parts if need be. Their customer service is pretty friendly.

The would go in opposite corners to be correct per the tag line but they don't specifically fit anywhere. They should fit in any slot

Ya I didn't have much luck with this ring, I was impressed with the size. I had another problem with the hooks, the last one I had to put on was fused together on the rope side. I tried to take a pair of pliers and separate it but I ended up snapping it. Luckily I had my old Jakks real scale ring and user that as a replacement. I noticed they included an extra turnbuckle and support peg but not another one of those. Of course the part I actually need right? Haha

You can use some force to get them in.

I had that problem with the feet underneath, they don't slot in properly and fall out when I move the ring. Try more pressure but not enough to break the ring.

Try some needle nose pliers to assist squeezing the tabs as they come through the bottom. That also works well for taking them back out if you ever need to switch them.

Seems like poor QC from WCT... Contact them direct and they'll probably sort it out for you.

I had this exact same problem and contacted WCT. They shipped me a completely new boxed ASR from Hong Kong to the UK! Excellent customer service.
