Or is it just me. I only collect Flashbacks and its been hard trying to keep up with them i feel like even lately. Its just one set after another. I don't know how regular elite and basic collectors can keep up. I know some only collect their favorite or whatever but still seems like everyone just keeps getting released so quick. Anyone else need a bit of a break between sets?

Anyone else need a bit of a break between sets? I know how ya feel. I been collecting around 3 years and after about 1 year I started collecting doubles to keep moc and one loose. So it's been hard trying to keep up. They have DM's , elite flashbacks, new re released legend line, 2 pack (nation of domination). It's hard to keep up. So now I'm gonna sell some elite flashbacks and just collect loose to make it easier for me. I'll still collect some that had good detail to the box like th DM's do and the legend line

Nope. But I'm not a completest. I mainly just buy the Flashbacks and a couple modern guys, but even with the FB I have passed on some that I don't need in my collection.

For me there's always a flurry of good figures then for about 4 months they stop, so currently there's a lot of NXT stars coming out but in a few months time I probably only want one or two it's just whether my TRU will stock them

I collect the current roster as well as flashbacks, some months it seems like all I do is spend money on figs and others it seems like a painful wait for new stuff. It's simply the joys of collecting

Not overwhelmed, but in some ways it's a relief not thinking about collecting every one of something. I had certain complete subsets that have recently fallen by the wayside, like... 1. having one of every character ended with the Ascension. 2. my full elite collection has probably ended at E39 Ziggler. 3. if you include Rock/Farooq as an FB, then my FB completeness also ended. Wouldn't buy that set even at $22 on Amzazon. 4. complete Diva set done in by not finding Walmart AJ.

Yes. I switched to collect something easier such as the Heroes of the Storm NECA figures. 5 figures per year? I can do that.

At one point it was pretty crazy. I was doing the at least one of everybody thing for a while but I gave up on that and I'm just sticking to my favorites, and at that mostly elites and ones that are really well done. I love Sid for example but I think that fig sucks so I didn't buy.

I feel some what overwhelmed but not really. I have been cutting back big time though. I essentially pass on all basic figs and nearly all battlepacks.
And I cut back on many elites. Only buying flashbacks I want/need and only some current elites.

I just got current on Elite 43 and I'm guessing it will be a month or so before I see 44 in the stores. I also am current with what I want from basic 63. I'm dreading the next couple months though with Elite 44, Legends and basic 64 and 65 coming.

Yes but it has nothing to do with figures.

It can be a bit overwhelming at times, lol. I've cut back a lot on Basics and Battlepacks though and mainly focus on the Elite figures now... 6 figures every couple of months(ish) isn't too bad. Yeah... I stopped collecting one of every character and also a lot of Divas - I just suddenly thought "...do I actually need guys like Trent Baretta and David Otunga and Divas like Naomi and Kaitlyn in my collection...?" (*...I don't really need 3 Elite Sandow's or 5 Elite Kofi's for that matter - but it always seems silly not buy the whole set, when you're buying the other five!)

I usually pick up what I want out of the set like even if it's a basic I'll get Samoa Joe from 43 but not Owens I already have the basic. I know some like elites better but I usually just pick up one of each character that I want. Sometimes I'll wait I waited for elite Kalisto.

With the Mattel Elites, yes it gets overwhelming. I used to to have a lot of fun and excitement when new waves were revealed. The last time I bought a whole set, was E27. Since then, just been cherry picking elites I want, usually 2-3 per a wave, and some I completely skipped (E28, E32). E43 is the first set I bought 5 figures from.
I like the current roster figures and Flashbacks from my childhood new gen/attitude, but I get older eras too. But, for me, JYD, Tugboat, Earthquake, DDP, Tito, and others are easy to pass on.
I've got into collecting Figuarts/Figma anime, Marvel and DC, even Funko items though. I still enjoy collecting WWE Elites, but I've learned that I can't settle for figures I don't want to define my collecting habits.

I only collect Championship Tite Belts. I have all of the ones I want, except for the NXT Championship Title Belt. I'm extremely underwhelmed, due to the lack of variety.

I am just regular whelmed.
I am an elite flashbacks/legends collector and the only thing that's been interesting me lately is the regular elite line. The DM line is letting me down time after time since crow sting (Austin was good). The last rsc exclusive I passed on. Hof4 looks horrible. I didn't want any of those new exclusive hbks. Etc.
Yet I have gotten some major wants this year like Nash, Heenan family, all hof3, anvil neidhart, and the nasty boys.

Felt that way. The more I sell the more relieved I feel.
