I have some awesome friends. I wasn't able to make it out to Brooklyn last week, but one of my homies got me some autographs from my favorite WWE Superstars. Check out the video below.
Drop a comment if you are going to Brooklyn and have any questions.

1) Stay at home 2) Go on the WWE Network 3) Pick a Summerslam from 10-15 years ago and watch it 1) dont go . 2) don't watch . 3) sit back and think of the good times Oh? Aren't you two cute. It must suck to be pessimistic about a form of entertainment that you can ignore if you don't enjoy.

Believe it or not, some people are actually excited to go. Or even, heaven forbid, excited to do anything other than sit on their couch at home and complain.

Me and a few buddies went to nXt last year and had a great time. We didn't do Summerslam or Raw, but still had a cool experience just doing the one event Saturday.
We're all big craft beer fans so we stopped by a couple of breweries in Brooklyn. Other Half is a really chill spot that's putting out some of the best IPAs in the greater NY/NJ area right now. Also, there's a new place called Three's Brewing that is literally a few blocks from the Barclays Center. Very much looking forward to it in a few weeks. The show should be awesome as well.

Best advice: don't drive there. Take mass transit. Traffic is a nightmare and the closest garage charges around $60 to park. The driving last year made me not wanna go this year.

The driving last year made me not wanna go this year. $60 in a garage is nothing compared to Manhattan. But I agree, mass transit is great. The stop is LITERALLY AT THE DOOR of Barclays. Big plus. Be prepared for a thorough search of any bags you are bringing in. I would suspect security will be extra high due to recent events. I parked for free last year REALLY close to Barclays. So close I could throw a rock to it. There is SECRET parking available....AND ITS FREE!!! I parked early in the morning and never left till the event was over. And yes, traffic is HORRIFIC when trying to leave. Be patient. Be safe. But be aggressive or you will never leave.

How much are tshirts and other merchandise in $? Good luck! Brooklyn is a crapty area. The cheap motels are full of criminals, drugs, hookers (ok, not everything is bad), murders. Last year, I was gonna stay in Brooklyn and opted to stay in Secaucus, NJ. Got a 5 star hotel for the same rate as a cheap one in Brooklyn. No but you get a meet and greet Sunday morning with breakfast. Last year was Rollins and Paige So is SS axxess even a thing this year, or is it extra Since leaving LA, Axxess is no more. Instead they have individual meet n greets for certain stars.

There's one nice garage by the Javitz Center I always park at for NYCC that's $62 but otherwise I usually pay $35-$50. I think the place I parked at for Summerslam last year had a sign that said parking was $40 but they were garging $60 because of Summerslam.

Sorry man. Just wanted you to be prepared for what you are in for. Its not as bad as say Red Hook. But this aint Broadway in Manhattan either. Hell, the alley ways in Manhattan are nicer. Secaucus has a train that takes you right into Madison Square Garden where you can take the subway to Barclays.

If you are referring to the (2)(3) [aka the Red Line to some] lines, it isn't going to Brooklyn that weekend. The most direct way from Penn Station would be to walk and catch the (N)(Q)(R) [aka the Yellow line} at 34th Street-Herald Square to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center.

I was looking at photos from WM31 and he's in a few of my Axxess pics. Are you going this year?

I'm going this year, is SS axxess included with the travel package? Like others have stated no real Axxess. They had a few items on display. It looks like no matter which package you purchased, you get this "Breakfast Slam Session with WWE Superstars". You also get a reception before SSlam itself w/ some Superstars if you have the top package.

I have never seen someone put so much attention and detail into a display. You're outstanding.
