I wonder how he kept the rights to "Feed Me More". Certainly WWE has or had it copyrighted.
Oh well, I feel like Ryback could have been an asset for the brand split, along with the other recently departed. Can't deny how over he was in 2012. He's everything WWE wants in a star but they clearly saw something in him they didn't like

It's crazy how over he was, when he saved Vince from Punk that was insane. I haven't seen a pop like that since.

I feel like he's gonna KILL IT on the indies and a few months from now we will all be talking about how great Ryback is and how they missed a huge opportunity with him.
I have a strong desire to see him go to Japan and become a great strong style guy.
Gimmie Ryback vs. Elgin immediately.

its a damn shame it ended like this tbh besides the little mix ups with Punk i enjoyed Ryback, never thought he was a "Top guy" candidate but there was no reason he shouldnt have been in better positions. They really dropped the ball on a main event run with him, and then after the amazingness that was Rybaxel....The Big Guy won me over.
He'll probably end up at TNA doing things. Maybe Japan.

Won't miss him. I stopped watching just as he got big and came back to see him doing nothing. I wasn't surprised honestly. I do think Punk was a little bitch and knew the die-hard smarks who take his word as gospel would instantly turn on him though once he talked crap. He was definitely not as reckless as Punk made out from what I was watching.

WWE dropped the ball with Ryback. He was the biggest superstar at one point and WWE was stupid to not take advantage of that. Woo Woo Woo, You Know It!

I feel like CM Punk killed Rybacks WWE career, when he did the Cabana podcast. Did Ryback botch something and hurt Punk? Yes. Did he do it on purpose? No. Punk then went and threw him under the bus (very unprofessional).
I hope Ryback does awesome on the indies, and WWE sees they messed up and bring him back in a few years. Love the big guy.

Don't think he was that good, but regardless, he got pushed into a title feud too fast, needed a few big feuds leading up to it.

I'm just impressed he got through a wwe related message without name dropping CM Punk.

WWE had buried Ryback to the point of no return long before the Punk podcast. Ryback was hot as hell on the build to Hell in a Cell, and as soon as they didn't put the belt on him that night (and of course they continuously failed to ever book him to win big matches, like his match with Henry and the Rumble) he was a failure in the eyes of the crowd. He couldn't possibly have recovered.

He ed up with the whole pay thing, he was over and sold some merch but was he a legit main eventer No!. He should have been happy being in the biggest wrestling company in the world because they're alot of talent from other companies out there that want a spot in the WWE. Good that the WWE said it stay home and do nothing for being a dick. Ryback was cool for a year of so but I wasn't a big fan of his.

I mean its respectable that he's trying to create a brand for himself but you should try and maintain a certain level of professionalism in your image, especially when coming off from working for a globally known company. But I guess it does serve its purpose at least.

When he first got over big he should have beaten Cena for the title in their first big match, even if he held it only until the next PPV. I really think if they had done this he could have been a legit main eventer.

He never quite recovered from that loss to Mark Henry at Wrestlemania, which still doesn't make any sense. He got the Goldberg treatment first coming in, but eventually it got him over. I always felt like he needed a legitimate Manager though. I once had a fairly farfetched idea about a Manager posing as some kind of a Lab Doctor with Ryback being his 'Genesis' or scientifically engineered machine', which whenever things got tough for him could summon his creation Ryback to his aid. It's a shame on his part as he seemed genuinely passionate about the business, fairly humble, and even tried reinventing himself from time to time, but I just don't feel like he ever truly understood what his weaknesses were and how to improve them. In the end, he was just a heavy meathead in coloured singlets.
