How I rented Sami Zayns elite figure

So 3 weeks ago I ordered the entire elite 40 set, figured I've been wanting the other figures in this set and Sami Zayn but didn't wanna spend $40 alone on ringside for him. Buying the whole set with the current summerslam coupon came out to about $19 and change per figure. Not bad right? So when the set arrives all figures a perfect, except Sami Zayn. He had very visible paint marks all over his face. Figure looked played with. So I asked ringside If I could exchange it. At first when I sent them the pics they asked "what's wrong with that?" But then agreed to honor my request. Shipped it out last Wednesday, gets there Friday. A week goes by and all my emails are ignored. Finally i decided I've had enough and called them directly. Just to hear that they're all out of Sami Zayn's and I'll be getting a refund in 3-5 business days. So I guess no elite Sami Zayn for me!
I'm sure this post will be deleted but I have the right as the consumer to speak my mind. I can't help but think that if they handled my situation sooner I would have Been fine and taken care of.
