So 3 weeks ago I ordered the entire elite 40 set, figured I've been wanting the other figures in this set and Sami Zayn but didn't wanna spend $40 alone on ringside for him. Buying the whole set with the current summerslam coupon came out to about $19 and change per figure. Not bad right? So when the set arrives all figures a perfect, except Sami Zayn. He had very visible paint marks all over his face. Figure looked played with. So I asked ringside If I could exchange it. At first when I sent them the pics they asked "what's wrong with that?" But then agreed to honor my request. Shipped it out last Wednesday, gets there Friday. A week goes by and all my emails are ignored. Finally i decided I've had enough and called them directly. Just to hear that they're all out of Sami Zayn's and I'll be getting a refund in 3-5 business days. So I guess no elite Sami Zayn for me! I'm sure this post will be deleted but I have the right as the consumer to speak my mind. I can't help but think that if they handled my situation sooner I would have Been fine and taken care of.

The delay was probably because they were out in the warehouse looking for a Sami Zayn for you, staying up all night, working weekends, eating lunch at their desk, putting in long hours, working hard for you. Either that or somebody just didn't check the ing e-mail.

We're not Ringside Support; but I'm sure it's appreciated by them that you went through the proper channels to resolve most of your situation.
You're getting a refund, which is good for you. Perhaps you can keep an eye on the site for when they're in stock again, or contact Customer Support every so often, reminding them of the situation, the deal you had gotten and they can make you aware so you can get your Sami at some point!
