So my BAF CM Punk's head sits too low on the neck, if I were to pop the head and put Blu-tac/Miliput/anything inside the head, would it sit better?
As for Lost Legends Jericho I feel the head sits too high, again if I were to pop the head, shave the peg down slightly, would it sit better?
Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

I usually put the cotton from the head of a qtip inside of it to raise it up. And to lower yes you could shave down the top of the stem, but it really doesn't make much of a difference. You are better of splitting the upper torso and exchanging the stem with a shorter one.

If you're like me and you cant crack a torso worth a crap to swap out the peg. To help lower it you can cut the ball off the peg then hallow out the ball some and trim down the peg to get the right height. Then use super glue, gorilla glue, Q-bond and put the peg into the hallowed out hole of the ball.
