short week got me all upside down. **** the Raiders Ah, I feel much better. Ok, real talk. I'm not sure how old you are, but I'm pretty sure you're not as ancient as TRW. So you likely didn't see the Raiders when they were elite in the 70's. Aside from the random blunder in 2002, the Raiders have been the laughing stock of the NFL for more than a decade until last year. I get they're a rival, but why so much hate for the Raiders? Sure, the Chargers suck. But what I'm assuming is in your lifetime, the Broncos have been the better team out west. I mean, I didn't start watching till I was 11 in 2004. I didn't start till after the restructuring of the NFL because of the Panthers, Jags and later the Texans. Only teams I've seen move are the Rams and Chargers. But like, I hate the Ravens and the Bengals. The Browns don't even like the Browns. But I can't singularly pick one of them to say screw off, and only one like you. Curious what's up with that, always have been. They're both AFC teams. Just like how I hate the 49ers, Rams, and Cardinals. You are also missing out on the late 80's/early 90's Raiders. They were a beast! Bo, Allen, Brown, Lott, Long...

As bad guy™ might point out I am ancient enough to remember the Madden/Stabler Raider teams that were the anti-Steelers of the 70s and I have always been a fan. I love it when the Raiders are competitive. It just feels right. Now you want to talk abut truly hating a team, that is me and the Colts. I was just a kid in Baltimore when that a-hole Irsay took my team away in the middle of the night. I will NEVER have anything positive to say about the Indy Colts. As far as I'm concerned, every time they lose an angel gets its wings.

But like, I hate the Ravens and the Bengals. The Browns don't even like the Browns. But I can't singularly pick one of them to say screw off, and only one like you. Curious what's up with that, always have been. I’ve been a Chiefs fan for going on 30 years now or so. A lot of it has to do with how I grew up. Kansas City has a very large Hispanic community, with many families migrating from souther California after crossing the boarder. A vast majority of those folks are also proud raiders fans. So most places you go, school or shopping or sports events, there has and is always a good number of Raiders fans. And for the most part, they seem to hate the Chiefs just as much. Anyways, as you can imagine with fans of rival teams in such close proximity, it can get a little testy at times. So I just adopted the phrase as an every day term like paper or car. “Beautiful day we are having, and **** those Raiders, right?” As far as the Broncos go, I would say the key difference is respect. I can respect a team that wins and is able to court a Hall of Fame QB into the fold. I have no respect for the Raiders, be it their terrible stadiums with awful conditions for the opposing team or their fans that love to pour beer over opposing players mid game. Well, maybe John Madden. Mainly because I grew up listening to him broadcast. Also, we may both have the same favorite Quarterback...

As far as I'm concerned, every time they lose an angel gets its wings. I feel the same way about the Oklahoma Thunder. The thunder can choke on a fat one for all I care. They even had an "all time Thunder" team on this year's basketball game, that had a bunch of Sonics on it. It pissed me off.

As a Niners fan I hate the Raiders, Rams & Seahawks (division/local teams) and then the Cowboys cause of the 90s....but I dont see the tie in with Raiders & Cardinals? Also see Andrew Luck just had a set back & has been shut down....Just call it a season and shoot for next year.

As a Chiefs fan I dislike Denver just a little more then Oakland as they have kept beating the Chiefs in big games when I was a kid. Elway always seemed to have Marty's number and add in the fact that their offensive line played dirty with cut blocks and greasing up their jerseys it was easy to hate them. I dislike the Raiders because I remember watching Monday night football as a kid and when Chiefs and Raiders played you could always count on a couple of good fights on the field. Also dislike the Raiders because their fans and past players always seem to cry and act like the entire league is out to get them. I would even say I hate the Colts more then the Chargers as the Colts have knocked the Chiefs out of the playoff a number of times.

The main thing to get out of all of this is no one cares about the Chargers.

The main thing to get out of all of this is no one cares about the Chargers. I don't think any of the other AFC West teams consider the Chargers a real rival. They are everyone's third most heated division rival and all three seem to even have more heated rivals in other divisions.

I am completely indifferent to the Chargers except for my love for those powder blue jerseys .

Cam Newton has to be one of the most immature “Face of the franchise” that I’ve seen in quite some time.

Cam Newton has to be one of the most immature “Face of the franchise” that I’ve seen in quite some time. Are you telling me that you believe a female could actually understand routes? A. Yes, I do. I believe anyone can fully understand anything given enough learning and research. Nor do I believe playing experience is required for said understanding. See: Charlie Weis B. I was more mentioning it based on his continued skipping of meeting with Reporters and his overall demeanor when things aren’t going well. Even when things are going bad or the team has suffered a major loss of some kind, you’ve never seen Brady or Manning or Wilson or Rodgers or Ryan just skip out in Press conferences or give thoughtless one word answers or shrugs. Hell, Ryan is a prime example of how you properly handle a Super Bowl loss in a clearly disappointed but mature fashion. Just irks me.

Finally the Chiefs are on the right ride of a weird tipped pass big play this season.

I'm shocked the Raiders won and Amari Cooper went off. They sure saved their season.

So Marshawn gets ejected goes and watches the rest of the game in the stands then is on the train chanting the chiefs. Lol. The guy definitely beats to the sound of his own drum.
