I don't see these things being enough to entice people to buy an entire series if they weren't going to already. Also I hate that they'll spend money producing stuff like this but cut corners on the figures themselves.

I'm sure if you ask any kid or collector would they rather have a diorama and display stand or NXT Championship belt to go with their new Finn Bálor figure it would will belt/accessories/weapons 9 out of 10 times.

If they're gonna do a diorama, make it useful. Don't we already have 50 some odd rings to stand the figures in. Make it a backstage diorama or gym playset or wwe headquarters offices connecting pieces. I'd definitely buy if it was something that gave me more reply value.

While it's a neat idea, there are ways of making your own. I am going to buy most of this set anyway.

Not to be that guy, but why don't they take care of the painted skintones first and qc? I also remember Mattel removed the original stands because of budgeting, so I sort of don't get this. I think it's a cool concept though.

I like the concept of it a lot. I would like just stands with name tags a whole lot more. Edit: Know what else would be cool MattelDesignTeam ? If in a series, you can have 6 guys create one large set, or 2/3 guys create medium sets. Would be cool if they didn't create generic backgrounds, but actual sets. For example if in a set we got: Mean Gene w/Summer Slam '89 interview piece A Rick Rude w/Summer Slam '89 interview piece B Bobby Heenan w/Summer Slam '89 interview piece C Or Andre w/Pipers Pit piece A Roddy Piper w/Pipers Pit piece B Hogan w/Pipers Pit piece C ORRRRRRRR Marty Janetty w/Barber Shop piece A Brutus w/Barber Shop piece B Shawn Michaels w/Barber Shop piece C Second this, awesome idea

No way I'm getting all six figures in that set, but yeah, it'll look nice with that Finn Balor at least. I'm kind of more interested in why he is backwards in the box. It seems a bit... odd. ...it's just to show off the detailed paint-deco (like with the E30 Batista).

They did the same thing with the Batista when they were touting the full color back tattoo as an accessory. It's to show off the design and get people to realize that he's NOT exactly the same as the last elite Balor (although it's still pretty close).

Cool idea, but not enough for me to buy the whole set. Will definitely get Harlem Heat, though.

they should do one with the old summerslam logo in the background from backstage interviews or a locker room one or bathroom one. Maybe one with ringside fans holding signs

I'm quite happy with the Kmart backstage sets. I prefer things you can interact with.

This seems pointless for those people who only want one or two figures from the set
