So in elite46 each figure will come with a different piece to build a backdrop diorama. Looks pretty cool, they have a new pic of MOC Balor on ringside. Thoughts?

I like it. It certainly adds to the value of a 20 dollar Elite. It also looks cool as a display stand for individual figures.

No way I'm getting all six figures in that set, but yeah, it'll look nice with that Finn Balor at least.
I'm kind of more interested in why he is backwards in the box. It seems a bit... odd.

I think it's a solid idea. It's also a good reason to get people to buy the whole set.
Hopefully though it doesn't mean the end of title belts and other accessories with them though.

I like it. It opens up the possibility to do some cool stuff like a hell in the cell or a, be still my heart, classic blue cage backdrop.
It also gives people an insentive to buy the whole set, but you don't have to, like a BAF set.

I like the diorama display stand idea but no way I'm buying all 6 figures of this set. I've never bought a non-flashback besides e34 hogan

I like the concept of it a lot. I would like just stands with name tags a whole lot more. Edit: Know what else would be cool MattelDesignTeam ? If in a series, you can have 6 guys create one large set, or 2/3 guys create medium sets. Would be cool if they didn't create generic backgrounds, but actual sets. For example if in a set we got: Mean Gene w/Summer Slam '89 interview piece A Rick Rude w/Summer Slam '89 interview piece B Bobby Heenan w/Summer Slam '89 interview piece C Or Andre w/Pipers Pit piece A Roddy Piper w/Pipers Pit piece B Hogan w/Pipers Pit piece C ORRRRRRRR Marty Janetty w/Barber Shop piece A Brutus w/Barber Shop piece B Shawn Michaels w/Barber Shop piece C

Hopefully future diorama display backdrops are sold all together instead of individually with each figure in a wave. I may need lots of different dioramas

I like that they are doing something new but brings it all back to the build - a - whatever concept. Sure, I would love to have the diorama but do I really want to buy another Cena and Rusev to complete it? No....no I do not.

This isn't going to negatively effect the amount of accesories per figure/set is it?

Because it is. I would be completely down for something like this.

I'd be up for buying guys that I'm not HUGE for but ANOTHER Cena in my collection just for the diarama? No thanks. I don't even hate Cena, I just don't want to be forced to buy 94 of the same guy because of something else that comes with him is a must have for my collection.

It's ok I guess. I wish it was something else instead of a diorama.

I mean, if you really want a diorama....... it's not that hard to make your own.....
