PRO WRESTLING GUERILLA
For the last ten years, Pro Wrestling Guerilla has been the place to be for professional wrestling in the SoCal scene. Founded by a consortium consisting of Disco Machine, Super Dragon, Excalibur, Scott Lost, Joey Ryan and Top Gun Talwar; PWG presented their first show on July 26, 2003; and in quick fashion cemented itself to being one of the premier independent wrestling promotions in the United States. With a who's-who list of wrestling talent that have come in and got the fans on their feet throughout the past decade, Pro Wrestling Guerilla is known for its' gritty and real atmosphere. Perhaps renowned for the main part for their annual Battle of Los Angeles tournaments held in August or September, PWG has been booming in recent years - boasting immediate sellouts just minutes after tickets go on sale for practically every show.
Their fight club: Legion Hall, out of Reseda, California. Their crowd: a rabid, hungry flock of several hundred people. Their ring: unforgiving and giving no mercy. Their wrestlers: they give it their all to go out, fight, and represent the PWG brand!
