Looking at the pics from Ringside Fest and the photos up on RSC website for pre-ordering Tatanka, I was wondering if anyone knew why it looks like the bottom part of Tatanka's hair (underneath his ears) isn't painted: I know Tatanka had multi-colored hair, the huge red mohawk portion at the top and the rest being brown, but I don't recall any area of his hair that should be flesh-tone like the picture above shows. I am so pumped for this figure but when I first saw the photos, it looked incomplete to me... as if Mattel didn't have time to finish their paint job. I hope this isn't the final look and that the hair will be colored brown by release, but I was wondering if anyone else noticed this or, more importantly, had asked Bill or knew any other info about this. Below is a promo that was likely used in developing the figure, and you'll see no such flesh-tone hair coloring:

Before someone gets all you know who on that picture, remember guys it's a prototype , I'm sure it will be fixed by production That neck piece he has could be modified and used for custom Ravens pretty nicely

I never noticed but now it sticks out to me. Hopefully they fix it, besides that it looks great. I didn't need a tatanka figure but I will be picking this up at retail someday.

Pretty sure it (inside of the hair) was just missed on the prototype.

I'm not a huge stickler for details, I think he looks good enough regardless. I can't wait for him and Bossman to ship

I noticed it too but guessing it's just a prototype issue.

Yeh probably just the prototype painter accidently missed those bits, probably was rushing or tired or something. I wouldn't worry I'm sure it'll be fixed for the production piece.

I'm just curious on what figures you do buy. Most the time I always see you talking about passing on majority of the best legend figures that's made, so what do you actually buy figures wise?

I asked this question in the official thread and didn't get an answer. Hope that it's fixed. I just got the Narcissist and he suffers from it as well, not as bad as Tatanka. However they did manage to paint his ear the same color as his hair.
