There are few elites that have been flawed for so long and keep getting released over and over again without any retooling. There's a few I can name off the top of my head.
Dolph Ziggler:
He has the overly ripped body mold with humongous arms. I can see in the upcoming elite with updated tights that it hasn't been changed. He atleast needs smaller arms.
Seth Rollins:
Elite 45 marks his third elite from his solo run and he is wayyyyy too short. He is in need of bigger and taller legs that suit him better. He's barely taller than the Daniel Bryan elites. He also needs bigger arms.
Kevin Owens:
I'm fine with the body mold and legs. The only thing that sticks out like a sore thumb is the arms. I'm not sure why they gave him those huge gorilla arms. The arms that came with Joe would suit better.
John Cena:
I feel like ever since the new shorts mold that came with E17, his figures have been impossible to stand without falling. The feet definitely need retooling along with a slight height repair, because I feel the Cena figs are a bit short.

Never noticed the Rollins height issue (no pun intended) but he needs thicker legs period. They should also go back to the arms they were using for his TRU figure.
Guys who I want them to desperately retool-
I think the bigger guys like Luger, Warrior, Goldberg etc should have some variety to their torsos. Although they were big they all had different physiques but it would be nice to have at least four torsos four dudes who were jacked up
Sting: The man needs a bigger torso, the Wolfpac one would work for a modern Sting as he lost muscle but for anything '98ish-99 bigger torso and Hawk arms. The one thing that annoys me the most (a lot of you know that Sting is my favorite) is the fact that they gave the '97 short boots instead of tall boots. I really wish they could just add some height to them so his legs wouldn't look so stubby.
Surfer Sting: That thing just needs to trashed and redone from head to toe but in all seriousness all they have to do is use the Austin torso, current triple h arms, give him thicker legs and maybe use the DM boots or the second revised boots whichever really. He seemed to wear a combination of short and tall boots.
Modern Sting: He could use the RVD torso and retooled legs. I feel like the small arms and the legs they're currently using don't work well with the torso proportion wise, plus current Sting isn't in the same shape he was twenty years ago. Another problem, give him the Lawler boots or just mold a new one current/modern Sting uses short glossy boots
Undertaker: I've been saying this for years but they need to give Taker a gut, it's a shame that he's had the lean torso for pretty much all current figures
Modern Kane: Tanktop is way too slim
Neville: Athough I did enjoy his last elite. Body wise there's so much wrong with it, they have the Kofi torso, thicker legs and roided Dolph arms so why not use em?
Shawn Michaels: See my opinions on the WM elite thread but to make it short needs either LOD or unique boot mold
Kane Undertaker flashbacks: Mattel keeps trying to avoid making a laceless boot mold for these guys, what gives?
Bray Wyatt and just any big dude: They need to develop a arm mold that this big enough for guys like Wyatt, Neidhart and Owems the regular small and gorilla arms don't look right on them.
I could go on about retooling but those are some of the few I thought about.

Sasha Banks is the biggest one IMO. They need to cut their losses on the torso they sculpted for the AJ body and start using the Basic 65 Emma body for her, with the same style top but made to fit that body. Sasha is 5'5, and is the same height as Emma and Naomi, and two inches taller than Dana Brooke yet they all tower over her figure.

I know he's fat but Earthquake and Bundy were much larger men and they got the regular (good) torso joints. So I think they can make a better Owens. |

I really want the new one with the orange bands but if it has the bad feet then it's £19 wasted. This hobby is just the worst |

On my KO i fixed, but my Bubba Ray Dudley elite is in my top 5 worst figures of 2016, the arms are big, but I can't fix them because he has tattoos. The articulation barely moves, and the flaw that maybe some people got (I got it), on the back of the the shirt, there was a big fingerprint smudge on mine, that was there when I took it out of the package |

I asked Bill for a new, accurate looking Dolph Ziggler scan. He told me to wait right here, outside Mattel HQ, he'd be right back. That's when I saw him get jumped by those men. The chemicals spilled into my eyes and though I became blind my other senses were somehow heightened. As for that Dolph scan though... You could say in many ways I'm still waiting.

All the retro Brock Lesnars need new hands. The ones they have look weirdly small on those giant arms. I asked Bill for a new, accurate looking Dolph Ziggler scan.
