True. The wasted q&a's I don't even bother watching anymore. But there's plenty of times people have tagged Bill on here and don't get a response. It's not Bill's job to be on here. If you want answers from him go to a convention that he's at. I never said it was his job. Generally when someone's asked a question the consensus is you answer it.

Question 4- Mattel ideally doesn't want to do the a+b waves or the legends wave but I think they are just addressing overstock issues. Question 5- I think wct will do a hell in a cell someday but they take forever to come out with new stuff so I wouldn't expect it within the year. How does a 47.5 help with overstocking issues? If Walmart can't get rid of 39-40-41s and don't even got 42-43-44-45-46 much less 47, why does making a 47.5 help with any of that?

If a set sells well because it's new, say Elite 47, the store orders another set of Elite 47 which ends up warming forever and taking up space for newer sets. From what I'm understanding, the "half" sets are to prevent that between waves. So when elite 47 sells out, the store orders elite 47.5 to replace it instead of the same set.

In that case they should do that for every series

So... less of each figure in a wave means all the good ones will be taken before I ever see them.

If you want answers from him go to a convention that he's at. Plus that incident where people threw a bitch fit and actually questioned his ability to do his job and caused him to almost leave completely certainly didn't help matters either.

Remember it wasn't people, it was Lorenzo Alcazar. The thread was filled with typical comments, but his alone made me cringe and the catalyst for having Bill go silent for 2-3 months. In the end, the figure was more than fine. And correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he end up liking the figure? That thread is a perfect example of people shooting their mouth off before seeing the true final, retail released product before throwing criticism around.

When will ringside get them too? I like their prices. Very reasonable.

Maybe a better Q and A would be a Reddit style conversation where he gets on this forum for a designated period of time and tries to respond to our questions.

Are there any questions that we do not already know the answer to if you're paying attention to these threads and conventions?
Q: Whats up Quality Control A: Mattel uses cheap Chinese labor
Q: Will we get a figure of (someone on current roster) A: If they continue to be featured on TV, yes
Q: Will we get a figure of (legend under contract) A: Possibly
Q: Will we get a figure of (legend not under contract) A: As soon as they are signed, possibly
Q: Why doesn't my local retail chain carry certain figures/series A: Mattel does not have any influence on local distribution
Q: When will we get WCW belts A: Never. Do not have the license and Mattel will not pay to acquire them
Q: So and so is in WWE 2K, does that mean he will get a figure A: No. One has nothing to do with the other. 2K has the ability to sign wrestlers not under a WWE contract, Mattel does not
Q: Why does Mattel keep making Ultimate Warrior, Macho Man, and HBK figures A: Because they all sell extremely well

Black Friday will help. Hopefully Not judging by the stores I checked out Saturday morning. Looks like RSC and occassionally Walgreens are my wrestling figure hookups for the near future.
