I tried responding in the previous thread but it got locked. I just wanted to follow-up on the user that said they didn't receive the WM33 figures and received no response from RSC. I understand your pain, but would suggest to hang out, they'll probably get back to you soon. Here's the post I was trying to make in the previous thread...
I had the exact same issue with WresleMania 33 figures not being included. I emailed them my displeasure, especially considering, like you, I purchased the figure when it was available and there was no indication it was out of stock, nor did I receive any email or communication that it wouldn't be shipped. I didn't find out til I opened the box and there was that same note inside.
With that said, I emailed RSC and they responded to me very quickly. While I was unhappy initially with the lack of communication about the out-of-stock figure, I was ultimately satisfied with their service. I even purchased another figure today; something I surely wouldn't have done if they didn't resolve this to my satisfaction.
I've been the first to come on here and criticize RSC in the past in what I feel was deserved criticism, and while I think they could've saved themselves some trouble with this issue by getting ahead of the situation and emailing people that ordered the WrestleMania 33 figures, I must commend them for resolving the issue to my satisfaction.

I was told it's not their fault that they ran out of inventory.
I got the exact opposite of good customer service.

We did not run out of inventory, we had a confirmed shipment of WM 33 Elites due in at the same time as Elite 47 and we didn't know Mattel shorted us until we received the actual shipment. Thankfully this is a very rare occurrence and we have let Mattel know how upset we are. You have the option of waiting for the figure to arrive or receiving a full refund for the figure.

I gotta say, whenever I email Ben with a question about an order, to make a change, he is always quick to respond back and accommodate my needs.
I'm a big RSC guy - I've never received a damaged figure and get my shipping notices pretty quick.

I think Ringside has fantastic customer service. I usually get a guy named Ben and he's always been helpful.

I give them a lot of crap, but they are good and have played a good host to the collector community, even when they didn't have to. I know some people have had a few hiccups, but I always hear that they do everything they can to fix the problem so the buyer is happy. Everything I ever ordered has come in good condition with no snags. Extremely happy with their Black Friday, and all the way up to X-mas, sale. Cheers to another year with RSC!

I've thrown a lot of shade their way lately - but I do truely appreciate the service they offer, not very many dependable figure-only shops out there. No one is perfect.
