I just placed an order because RSC is beating the Japanese release date by a week. Usually it takes a month or sometimes longer for Figuarts to reach the U.S. stores. WFIGS code also takes away any savings from buying directly from Japan. I was incredibly surprised to see these in Stock here first as well. Not a single one on ebay, Amazon or anywhere else...I'm happy bc it seems like tamashi nations will have a similar relationship with them like mattel, and Jakks have. Yeah, I guess they cut out the middleman who usually distributes Bandai's products to the U.S. I wasn't expecting that and now I will have to cancel the preorder I had from Japan.

I feel bad for the people who are going to buy these thinking they will fit in with Mattels when they are, in fact, way smaller. Do you think the Attitude Era Big Eagle belt from Mattel will go on and look in place displayed with them? I am interested in them just have never purchased any Figurarts stuff Honestly, probably not but I can't say for certain. Outside of characters within the same property, figuarts might not be to scale with each other, even though they might all be considered 1/12 scale.

Here's a quick pic I did for reference, having also put my winged eagle on Goku (which is loose, but not as loose as I thought it would be). Android 16 (on the other side of randy) is considered a larger DBZ character, and as such, his figure is to scale with the other DBZ figures and is appropriately taller/larger. So again, there's certainly a shared scale within a certain property...so no need to worry if Taker will be taller or shorter than Rock. Now, I can't stress enough that this photo doesn't necessarily determine the size of the WWE figuarts. Yes, from my experience they're usually smaller than your average figure made by NECA, mattel, Hasbro, etc but it's also entirely possible that tamashi nations scaled these guys up a bit, knowing how huge the American market is. We shall know soon enough. I will say though, I really hope people aren't so put off by the price and size that they don't give these a chance at some point. If they end up making your favorite wrestler, and you can afford it, give it a shot. I honestly don't think you'll be disappointed because there's something for everyone, with the articulation and extra parts for multiple expressions/poses being the best they have to offer.

These just don't look that good for $60. I'll stick with Mattel. Same for me

60 bucks for figures that barely look like their real life counterparts is not money I want to spend. That Stone Cold head does not look like Stone Cold, the RSC Austin scan is far superior.
I won't be wasting 60 bucks on these.

I can tell you from experience the face sculpts and paint for figuarts never come out good in photos/videos for some reason but in perosn they are amazing. These will absolutely kill anything mattel can pit out

Thanks Bananas! It is an awesome figure! Much like the WWE figures, all the DBZ ones have extra faces/heads to swap out and Android 16 comes with an interchangeable battle damaged head that is totally bad a$$. Judging by your avatar, I should also mention I have the Beerus figure too!

These will absolutely kill anything mattel can pit out I believe this as well. These will be my first 'human' figuarts since so far I only have anime, video game or Godzilla ones. But from different reviews I've seen,I recall them saying the 3D printing technology used ironically doesn't photograph very well at all, but in hand the Luke Skywalker he had looked like a legit shrunken down Mark Hamill.

They look like crap tbh. I dont like all the articulation showing and the rock has 2 different skin tones.

Can we get a pic of rock and Austin back to back it side to side? Are they in Scale with each other? I can tell you from experience the face sculpts and paint for figuarts never come out good in photos/videos for some reason but in perosn they are amazing. These will absolutely kill anything mattel can pit out I'm hoping for this too qbut am cautious because ep2 obi wan's heads came out terribly Attitude era is one of my least favorite eras. But I'll get rock n Austin probably not triple h Hopefully 80s and early 90s guys are coming.

Not aesthetically pleasing for my tastes, but I will say the changeable heads and hands would be a welcome addition should Mattel steal the idea :$

Not gonna lie not a fan of that Austin headsculpt or the torso on these. I'm a fan of figuarts, but the torsos remind me a lot of Jakks final count or finishing moves or whatever they were called and I hated those. The Rock's headsculpt is superior to any of the Mattel knee we've gotten so far imo. I feel like the fb Mattel ones are missing something. Figuarts whenever you guys decide to make a Starrcade 1997 Sting or 1998 singlet Sting let me know, I'll buy it in a heartbeat.

The thing I found amusing with the video from Figaurts was when the guy tossed the Studd and Andre figures onto the floor. I have two Figaurts figures (well 2 of the Injustice Batman) and I can honestly say I feel if he tossed the Batman like he did those two figures the Batman figure would have shattered. lol
