I've been looking for the same thing for a while now too, because New Zealand only gets the occasional Basic Series and never Elites, and certainly not exclusives. That is terrible news to hear, I may be relocating with my spouse for work.. I guess my collecting will stop/be limited... bleh.

I've sent a few items overseas for people here and the biggest problem I would see is having the funds to buy stuff for a specific person on a whim. I have a strict budget that I stick to in order to collect so when I find something it's not like I have enough to buy multiples of an item with a hope of selling them. The only way I could see it working would be if the person sent you an allotted amount through PayPal that you could use over a certain amount of time to gather what they need and then bulk ship, say once every 3 months. But the only way I could afford to help would be if there was some kind of a way to set up a spending account with accountability. Does that make sense? Just a random thought. Maybe a Venmo app account? I use that with friends for easy, quick funds transfers. Its like PP but I think a bit easier. Almost like a "Venmo gift card" that you can transfer the funds to your own bank account.

Maybe throw in some Cornettos and a few dollars gas money, but the hard part as mentioned before is just having the funds to spend Willy Nilly.

How much does shipping on a figure cost to send from the US to the UK? Too much

Ive been looking for the same thing for years now, every time I see TNF series i hope one day we might get them but not yet, also hopefully we might have a better chance of getting the Target Doubles than there was with the 4 packs, One guy was good enough to help me out with the horsemen and earlier HOF series but I was gutted i Missed the heenan family. If you get any leads or maybe want to combine forces to lessen postage costs in the future then drop me a line. I normally have family going state side my grandparents went twice a year and stocked up for me most years but they are in their 80's now and might not be back ,however my Mum will be in vegas but not until later in the year. Hey, just jumping back on this from previous visits. I would be more than willing to get together to make postage easier going on both of us of course. I literally have just come back from Florida and picked up and good few USA exclusives but there is so much more I want. I passed on the Heenan family on the last day of my USA holiday last year and have regretted it ever since. Picked up the Horseman a few years back and passed on the NWO one this time round. I missed out on the HOF ones this time round which am gutted about. D

You seriously haven’t been on this forum for about 10-11 months and think you’re reliable for members to deal with on here...? Especially buying a figure they don’t want/need and shipping overseas?

Sorry fella I was simply checking back on the forums and replying to a few things that was all. I am aware of the way the land lies on here with trust and building a portfolio so to speak. I don't expect anyone to just part with cash and send things here there and everywhere, I guess when you are an honest and upstanding person you don't think about the fact people will think you are trying to be a weasel. I am genuinely a decent guy who enjoys collecting as much as everyone else on here, apologies for any concerns you have with that. Appreciate you expressing your feelings however. D

Nah. Just seems odd that you’ve been here for a year. Posted a bit, haven’t been active in almost the entire year and are now back... still looking for the same thing.

Not at all I come back and I simply replied so that if something come up in the future then I would be happy to go with what the chap was saying that was all. I wasn't asking anyone at all to send me anything either I was just simply stating it would be good to have the option originally anyway. I would most certainly have no issues doing it for someone all someone has to do is say no. I would even do it for you even tho you went all Rambo on me 👍🏻👍🏻. D

Not at all “going Rambo” or saying you’re a bad person. Not once said anything of the sort.
Simply pointing out the fishiness of the situation and the red flag that it presents. Thus, pointing out the warning to other members.

Thus, pointing out the warning to other members. Appreciate how it looks but that was never my intention at all, appreciate you looking out for all these other members. I mean you never know when I could need that heads up at sometime. Genuinely no fishy-ness here as it was put. D

You should go on Facebook wwe figure groups and ask that's how I found a friend that lives in the us and he ships to me like if I see something on ebay us I can pay him to get me it.

I have a friend in the UK, I buy things he wants, I make a weird ebay auction, send him a direct link to it, he does the buy it now price agreed upon to cover fees, BOOM we both have buyer/ seller protection through the 3rd party, and ebay shipping tends to be cheaper.

Almost sounds like the perfect way to go about it, thus covering both the seller and the buyer, if only everyone was as accommodating as yourself. Thinking of ways to help fellow collectors out :-).
