I have a friend in the UK, I buy things he wants, I make a weird ebay auction, send him a direct link to it, he does the buy it now price agreed upon to cover fees, BOOM we both have buyer/ seller protection through the 3rd party, and ebay shipping tends to be cheaper. Careful with that. That’s a falsified eBay listing and I think that’s against their TOS. Granted it’d have to be seen by someone to report it... which is doubtful, but just in case.

Reminds of an eBay auction I was bidding on a month ago. I made a bid up to 20 dollars. Someone came in and outbid me. The auction rose all the way to 50 bucks. When it ended, the sold price was 11.50. How in the hell did someone who bid lower than me win the auction after it went ended almost triple the price?
