George Steele should still be scheduled for HOF Series 5 & I'm not sure if Mr Koloff is signed to a contract.

Yes George Steele is still coming out.
I'm not sure why Ivan Koloff being dead would make a figure more likely than it was yesterday.

And after his death they can and will make more Roddy Piper's now without his permission

WWE would still need to have a contract with the estate, and can't just go around making any figure the please simply because the person is dead.

Koloff's family could say no and we don't get anything. Miss Elizabeth's and Matt Borne's estate's relationships soured with WWE and no more Miss Liz or Doink figures are getting made.

Is that why we don't see those double-hinged legs on the female wrestlers more often, because they're somehow claiming those legs are part of the Miss Liz figure and are considered a part of her likeness? rofl I know it sounds ludicrous, but anything is possible in our horribly litigious world.

Sad coincidence. I've been watching a mint loose complete Legends George Steele on eBay for 2 weeks. It didn't sell at £35. Was relisted for £27. Went on my phone yesterday to buy the figure as it was payday and it was gone. News of Georges passing came within the two hours or so of me checking the figure. Really should have snapped him up, I thought he was a great character.

Because someone dies does not mean their likeness rights are up for grabs for anyone to use. If that were the case, then we would've had an Owen figure a long time ago.

WWE owns the Doink trademark and gimmick. I never heard of Miss Elizabeth's estates fallout with WWE until you mentioned it. When did that happen?

Family felt WWE shouldn't gain any more money from selling her likeness. WWE may own the Doink trademark but they connected it to Matt Borne out of tribute to him and his family are suing WWE.

Similar to Doink, I'm pretty sure WWE could also release a Blue Blazer if they wanted because it is a masked character that they own the trademark to. Multiple people portrayed the gimmick so that loophole alone would wiggle around any direct association with Owen Hart.
Of course that would never happen and it'd be in the poorest taste to release a Blue Blazer figure, but I think they could release one tomorrow without any legal ramifications since they own the character.
