I didn't see anything posted about the Kamala Moon Hasbro figure that ended Dec15 on eBay.

I was thinking maybe we could help the person who bought it because I believe that it is unfortunately a fake.
I was hoping to get a general concensus from the experts. If it is what I think it will be, maybe the buyer can take some action and get his money back.
First off, the figure has a U.K. import sticker on the back. I'm sorry, but no Kamala Moon has an import sticker on it. The figure was never ready to be shipped, was never being prepared to be shipped, never saw the daylight of another county, period. Secondly, the figure has interior card tearing. The seller claimed, '"it was common for the hasbros to have this." Yeah sorry, I personally have never seen interior card/bubble tearing like this on any hasbro before, ever. And lastly, the color of the moon is a shade or two darker than it should be.
So, in my honest opinion it's a clear fake. It really bothers me that someone paid $2300+ for it.
Hopefully we all can help this person, shed some light on his figure and help him take corrective actions on the seller.

That one shows up often. On the back you clearly see it's a reseal, who pays that much deserves to be burned.
Also, as far as I see; the buyer hasn't left feedback...

To me the moon looks pissed too. Looks fake to me, but can't see how you'd find the buyer - you can't see their full name

Yeah, I think glue is even seeping through the back of the card, I can faintly see it on my phone.
Damn shame.
I was hoping the buyer would come forth or at least see this post.

I have a Kamala moon, which I bought from an ebayer a few years ago, however it's a custom made reseal, but the guy was honest with me, he told me up-front it's not genuine, - but I'm pleased with it, its a damn good custom, the star was scratched off brilliantly, and the moon paint was placed perfectly - but the only small drawback is, you can just about see a tiny bit of super-glue where it had to be re-stuck. when you know you will never stand a chance on getting the genuine item because its so rare - sometimes a great looking custom can bring you comfort
