Personally the match that I think will steal the show will be Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles...now this is probably the match I am looking the most forward to out of any match on the card

not counting Neville/Aries because its not even on the Wrestlemania card
and it will probably be rushed, like less than 10 minutes, have a break to advertise Wrestlemania, and Neville will just win
So otherwise, I expect Owens/Jericho to be the best match on the card because of the talent involved and its literally the only 1v1 match with a storyline that had a good build.

To me a distant second would be Rollins/HHH as far as matches that could potentially steal the show

Rollins And Triple H is the one I'm personally looking forward to. Roman and Undertaker I have a feeling will be Match of the Night.

Hard to say. The top three matches (Reigns vs Taker, Goldberg vs Lesnar, AJ vs Shane) all have the potential to be excellent, but could also all fall apart due to the ages and physical conditions of some of the performers in them.
Rollins vs Triple H would be a disappointment if it was anything less than excellent, so I don't think that one can count as a show stealer. Expectations are too high. Similar for Jericho vs Owens, and they won't get all the bells and whistles that the Rollins match gets.
I'm not expecting anything spectacular from the mixed tag, WWE title, the IC title or either women's title match.
So I guess the ladder match is the one with the most potential for stealing the show.

Or probably the RAW Women's Championship Fatal 4 Way between Bayley, Nia, Sasha and Charlotte could possibly be a show stealer as well

Rollins/HHH is my guess.
Although for a fairly piss poor build up, there is a great looking card and a lot of matches are potential show stealers.
